I am emailing you again to find out why your system is still not working in more than a dozen locations in Tuolumne County and Modesto. Everytime I go in to use it I am made aware that the app hasn't worked in months and everything they reach out to you for support they get none. I am really getting pissed as I have not been able to use any money in more than 6 months

Although I previously set up an account it does not allow you to login when presented with verifying your phone number. The app just states your number is already connected to an account.

I have $400 I can’t access because it won’t verify the phone number to the email amount. No way to get help. This is fraud and when you try to send an email for support, it gives an error message.

At the beginning the RAD card was a great idea and worked great at all my favorite places. Now, I cannot get into my account and after sending an email for a new password, I cannot get a response from anyone…I just keep getting your account had been flagged. Flagged, flagged for what? They take your money, close your account and never respond back.
