How to fix Securly Flex app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Securly Flex app on iPhone
Update Securly Flex app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Securly Flex iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Securly Flex on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Securly Flex network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Securly Flex not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Securly Flex App
1. On android, goto Settings » Securly Flex » click [Force Stop]

Update Securly Flex to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Securly Flex App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Securly Flex » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Securly Flex.

Fix Securly Flex unable to contact server/ Securly Flex internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Securly Flex » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Securly Flex » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
