App - very slow. Lot of UI bugs, for e.g, if you click on the bell icon (alerts), there is no easy way to come back to the Home Screen and worst everything lines up awkwardly on the phone screen. Very little information (for e.g, no mention of transfer limits)… and all this in the age of XOOM, Remitly, etc. Wow!
Support - You have to call Support to know about transfer limits, if you exceed $5K, then you’re in for a ride. Transaction involves, doing a wire transfer by physically going to the local bank that too in the age of Covid. Are you kidding me, now look at your competitors… there is no way to increase limit without making multiple transactions. the only reason I even attempted to try using M2I is because every time I call support regarding my NRI account, I get asked about this service (and of course the numerous emails).
ICICI bank proclaims they are the number 1 banking system in India. However, their app is little to useless, and their support is substandard. Every time you call customer support, it needs with the rep asking “would you recommend ICICI to your friends & family?” Go figure…

I have used ICICI in the past to transfer money. After a break tried to use them again. Their policies and customer service have gone downhill since - almost at a level of being fraudulent.
Tried to transfer money - the transfer was put on hold with no notification - had to call multiple times to understand the issue - finally they asked for documentation - sent the documentation - they cancelled the transfer and held the money for 60 days before returning it citing policy - and then returned it through wire transfer resulting in fees.
Effectively, no service provided, costed a tone of time, and incurred wire transfer costs. Please use other services that are more ethical and have customer friendly policies. These guys are frauds.

This app is deeply disappointing in its performance and functionality. It not only operates at an agonizingly slow pace but often fails to load the main screen altogether, despite multiple attempts to uninstall and reinstall. I am perplexed as to why it hasn’t been updated to support the latest versions, and it seems to lack even basic compatibility. Every time I attempt to use the app, I encounter persistent issues that make it nearly unusable. It’s hard to understand why such a poor-quality product has been released without resolving these fundamental problems.
