Hello, my lights won’t reconnect the lights turn a different colour than the rest!
I cannot get my lights to pair with my music and I've been trying for literally two and a half months. I don't know what else to do. Im not sure if it's a glitch because I see other people complaining of the exact same issue.
Got new 40 foot led light strip for Christmas that was purchased off amazon. Plugged them in and they started to flash without using the remote. Didn't think anything of it. Hung them on the wall and now only green color turns on. Remote won't turn them on or off just stays solid green. Downloaded the app and still won't work just solid green. Can I get these replaced under warranty or is there something else that can be done?

I went on vacation for 3 weeks, I come back and try to use my lights and neither the app or remote will work, I bought new remote battery and tried using the app again, neither worked and the App gives no directions on how to connect to the lights through the app.

I have led light and they light up normally but the app never connects to it I put my phone so close to the Bluetooth and it still didn’t work please make the Bluetooth as if you can pick witch one like how iPhones have it that would improve the app a lot.

Don’t get this app with multiple LED lights in your house it messed up my sisters lights without me having to touch the app it pared its self to the light and made them glitch to stay on the color blue but I love the colors
