I’m sorry but I have had so much trouble with IBCCardControls. It is useful but if you can log in. I had so much trouble with the password and creating the account. Please fix this!

Why is there no password manager support? Why can I not even at least manually paste my password in? Why do I even need to install this separate, garbage app just to turn off notifications I never asked for to begin with? I swear IBC is the most incompetent bank I've ever used and I'm seriously considering switching to literally any other one at this point.

They don’t allow you to paste into IBCCardControls so you can’t use a password manager most of my financial information has super long password with all kinds of characters and this one dumbs it down to very few characters. I can see most people using a common password because it’s just easier to do it that way.

I use a password manager and am unable to sign in because I cannot copy and paste my information into the log in bubbles. It would be extremely tedious for me to have to type in my randomly generated passwords whenever I want to log in. Why not allow us to copy and paste?

Why is there no password manager integration added to IBCCardControls ? Without it, I’m tempted to use the same password I used to have for everything, which is a security risk. Please add it. Also, why are these security features a separate app anyway? Why are they not part of the main IBC Bank app or the website?

IBCCardControls is so riddle with bugs that is hardly usable. When changing your password it always says you’re not meeting the minimum requirements. Used to really like IBCCardControls but when I got a new phone I couldn’t sign back in.

Actually, I’ll take it one step further: why do I need a separate app to get this function? Why just build it into the mobile banking app?

Great app and all although I want to remove a card that I recently changed it with with a new one. But it’s doesn’t appear an option to remove a card from the “Manage Portfolio” section. 3 stars is reasonable until they add this feature. Please add that so I can change this review to a 5 star rating.

I love that IBCCardControls is super easy to use and convenient. It sends me a notification each time I use my debit card. It helped me turn off my card on the spot when I left my card at a restaurant. It also keeps track of my spending with the card

App is easy to use and can easily be adjusted. Wife accidentally left card in H-E-B basket. We were able to turn off card until we could retrieve it on a Sunday evening. Beats rolling the dice on try to get ahold of customer service on a Sunday night...not once but twice to turn off and on once we found her card. I downloaded app next day!

I can turn off my card if it’s misplaced and not have to cancel and get a whole new card!! I can also control what merchants and where my card is charged!!
