I am unable to import both animated sticker packs after the recent app update.

The "Milkmocha: Happiness" sticker pack doesn't show any error but causes WhatsApp to hang.

The "Milk Mocha Animated" pack gives an error message: "One of the stickers in this sticker pack has an invalid asset."

I have purchased all the stickers. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.

Lots of bugs and many things need to update and I can’t open app in my phone

First I purchased KlovaStudios "Milk and Mocha Animated" and thought I could use these stickers on WhatsApp too, but they only work for iMessage.

After that, I downloaded KlovaStudios and saw the option to restore stickers on the top right, I was hopeful not having to pay again, but it didn’t work. So I purchased the sticker pack "Milk Mocha Animated" again, but this time specifically for WhatsApp. Just to find out I still can’t use these stickers on WhatsApp because "One of the stickers in this sticker pack has an invalid asset." Which is really frustrating.

I payed $4 in total and I am still not able to use these stickers on WhatsApp.

I also purchased the sticker pack "Milk Mocha: Happiness!" And everything worked perfectly, I can use that pack on WhatsApp with no problems. Just the Milk Mocha Animated sticker pack is frustrating and that’s the one I still want really badly… please fix this problem.

App launches and can only see logo

Not working app. I open it and that’s it, can’t access anything just see the Klova logo

Why won’t KlovaStudios open after downloading

I can’t even *see* the stickers :(

Every time I try to open KlovaStudios , I see the Klova Studios screen for a minute and then it crashes. I was so excited for KlovaStudios , too...

Clicked the link on Milk & Mocha’s page that specifically says “iMessage Stickers”. Sent to KlovaStudios and purchased the sticker pack only to discover they’re for WhatsApp and can’t be imported into iMessage.

Waste of money.

I’m unable to use KlovaStudios because it keeps crashing every time I open it. I even closed KlovaStudios and reopened but to no avail. I’m very disappointed.

I love milk and mocha and would love to buy merchandise using KlovaStudios but it keeps crashing. One day I hope they fix it 👍.

I only downloaded KlovaStudios for Centilia and now is not even there… what a boomer!! 😫😫😩😩

Don’t expect to be able to buy any of the cute merch. But nice WhatsApp Stickers.

Could you make this a keyboard so I can use them on more then just WhatsApp? I love the stickers but I can’t use them

Seems to be a new app that’s under development. I’m excited for KlovaStudios to be fully functional so I can order all the milk and mocha stuffs from it. <3

Right now it shows that the pouches are out of stock, which is a shame. You all should sell mugs, t-shirts, stuffed animal versions, a printed collection of the comics. A graphic novel? Pillow cases?

Seriously, you could make so much money off of me.

I tried getting KlovaStudios before but had issues like everyone else. But now I downloaded it for the new milk and mocha stickers and it’s working perfectly! I love the stickers
