Not user friendly

Did the 1 week trial for Strong, Level 2 and really loved it. So on Monday morning of week 2 I paid for the program. Once it finally gave me access Monday evening, it has my program starting next week. What? I just want to continue on from the trial, but apparently that’s not a thing. I emailed customer service, they took forever to respond, and when they did they said “ for optimal results, it is ideal that you carry out the Program on the set dates. “ So y’all are recommending, after completing week 1 and being super motivated to continue, I take a week off and then redo week 1 next week? That is absolutely ridiculous and it seems that’s how they run their app. They have no way of adjusting it for me, so for the entirety of my program my dates will be all jacked up. MoveWithUs seems very rigid and does not give the customer much control over making choices based on what I know is best for me. Want to start immediately after purchasing the program? Nope? Want to repeat a week because you got sick? Nope. It’s very Inflexible and not user friendly. After my 6 month period ends, I doubt I’ll sign-up again.

Programs are good, but they tried to scam me

I’ve done MWU programs since back when it was BBR. Instead of buying another program, I signed up for MoveWithUs on a monthly subscription. I have no complaint about MoveWithUs content, but you have to pay for at least four months before you can cancel (I knew that before I signed up and was fine with it) UNLESS you’re within the trial period. I got charged right away (I wasn’t supposed to be charged until trial was over) and when I emailed them to cancel within the trial period, they never got back to me. I took a screenshot of the sign up info showing that there was supposed to be a trial program, sent it to my credit card issuer, and blocked any further charges from them just in case they tried to charge me further. I’m glad I did because they tried to charge me again. I don’t know what’s happened with MWU, but the service is now non existent. I won’t be doing any more programs with them because I don’t trust them anymore. Never thought I’d be saying that after several great years with BBR/MWU. It’s so sad to see what it’s become .

Waste of money

One of the biggest reasons I paid so much money to have MoveWithUs and join a challenge is because I could swap out “no equipment” workouts with the ones they had. The things they consider no equipment includes a bench, jump rope, resistance bands, ankle weights, different size dumbbells, and on and on. Then, no one in BBR considered what the no equipment swaps are and how they repeat themselves. I was in horrible pain from how sore I was for 5 days, to where I could barely walk or go to the bathroom without wanting to cry because I overdid it with squats. Everything is swapped out for squats, even on arm day. I started this in hopes that I’d have guidance as a beginner and these are not beginner workouts. Even when I used to workout consistently, most of these workouts were very difficult for me, especially when combined all together. I could go on with this negative review on why it’s not worth it, but you get the idea. If you’re not using this at a gym and you aren’t already at an intermediate level, MoveWithUs is not for you.

Pretty App 💗

MoveWithUs is super pretty and definitely user friendly and easy to navigate! It would definitely be helpful if MoveWithUs would add not just a check box for each exercise for the workout but maybe a checkbox for each set in that exercise so I can track how many sets I’ve done and maybe a little toggle to turn on/off for an automatic timer after each set is complete! Or something of that sort :) I think that would be so helpful! It would also be super convenient to move workouts from one day to another if something happened where I missed a day but I moved that workout for another day! For example Monday is Glute day but something came up Monday so it would be great to move the Mon workout to Tuesday. Other than that MoveWithUs is very easy and super pretty :)

Update!

Still love but would also be super cool if we’re not doing a workout program at the moment where we can still log workouts in, on a blank slate.

For example if I finished one program - and am taking a break until the next one but still want to track my workouts, it would be cool to add my workout for Mon with the exercises I did that day.

another thing! I also know there is a little notes tab for when you workout one of the exercises but it would also be cool to manually log how much weight you did per set too to keep track :)

Love the workouts but app is hard to use

The workouts are great but I wish the video would start playing to preview what the next move will be during the break between sets. It’s very stop/start to have to pause the workout to read how to do a move. There’s also not a lot of information on how to modify something if it’s too hard or painful. All you can do is trade out one activity for another. For example, I’d love to get to a sumo squat sway and really be low but I don’t have the flexibility. I’ve modified but I’m not even sure if I’ve done that right

The meal plans are my least favorite. I said I had a dietary restriction and then the recipes it suggested didn’t take that into account at all. It’s the same recipes everyday, which isn’t realistic and there’s no easy way to switch out other foods if you don’t eat exactly what’s in MoveWithUs . I wish it would link to something like MyFitnessPal which makes logging meals and modifying ingredients so much easier.

Overall though I love the program, I just hope some modifications can be made to MoveWithUs to enhance the experience!

Best Team Ever!!!

I have been with BBR for the last two years and they are constantly improving!! I’ve done many different online challenges until I came across BBR and now I am a BBR girl for life!! Rachel, Emma, and the team are very knowledgeable in the the fitness industry...They know what they are talking about!! Trust me!!! If you just listen to what they say to do...You will see and feel the results!!!
What really sets BBR apart from the rest is their passion and perseverance!!! You could feel the passion when they speak and they work hard to be the best for us!!!
Recently, the BBR team launched a new and improved app...Its a brand new app and so there have been some minor technical difficulties, but people...it is brand new and the team has been very accommodating. They have been working hard to fix the bugs in MoveWithUs and they even gave us an extra month for free because of the inconvenience....I have faith in them that they will make sure everything is fixed in no time...Don’t let some of these negative reviews about MoveWithUs steer you away from BBR. If you are serious about your health and getting in the best shape of your life and would like to become more educated in health and fitness, I would highly recommend BBR.

This is IT! Period

I am absolutely infatuated with the program move with us because it’s Taylor’s perfectly to women who have set their goals for weight loss or muscle building or both. I enjoy that it lets me log my steps, water hydration, it helps Taylor my meals based on what specific diet I am looking to do, and how many calories I would like to take in my day. The workouts I get to choose what program I would like to do and how tailor the athleticism I would like to complete the program. Rachel Dillon and her team are amazing and I’m glad I came across this when I did because I was loosing hope for my fitness goals especially with my work schedule. This program helps me make time and satisfy my fitness goals

The app is great!

I love this workout app! It is very easy to use and great colors! The workouts are easy to follow it will literally tell you how to do it and the tempo to follow. I like that most of these workouts come with timer if not it tells you how many sets to do. I like that it includes the resting time to keep you on track, it gives me that push to keep going! All the recipes it is has are amazing as well, huge variety! It will give you the micros that is recommended for you, tells you how much calories, proteins, fats and so much more to consume! I love that I can keep track of my measurements as well. It is well organized, there is no way to get confused with using MoveWithUs! I can’t wait to continue using it to reach my fitness goal!

Fire!

I love what this program has to offer and how they are helping with woman with all goals! However, my husband has even done some of the workouts with me and he said he would follow their regimen as well and they should expand to men! Either way, we all want to live life but stay fit and happy, at least most of us do, so if that is you then Rachel and her team are for you! Not to mention the food variety given and how much of each ingredients is right there for you for you and your goal. Oh, and if you don’t know how to do an exercise or unsure what one is, a simple click and boom shows you how to! Very user friendly 💯💯💯.

I’m just in awe of all it has to offer and I’m excited to see what the future holds for MWU!

Keeps you on track!

I’ve been using MoveWithUs for nearly a week, so there is much to still uncover. So far I LOVE IT. Here’s why. It keeps me moving. My main issue. 😅 Each exercise is set before you, and they are modifiable too! You can go through the exercise routine before you start your workout and make the proper adjustments. There is a timer for rest and for each exercise with a video of Rachel to guide you through it. It helps me properly pace myself through each exercise. You can even read how to properly do each exercise. I have yet to venture in on the food part of it. But it’s only been 4 days. I am so excited for this journey. I totally recommend it for anyone that needs some organization in their routine.

This App will transform your body!!

Wow… I never write reviews but MoveWithUs is so worth it. I tried the week free trail and I knew after day 1, I was gonna to purchase it. I love that you hav access to different customizable workouts and meal plans. It’s only been week 2, so I haven’t utilized the weight/food tracking but it’s nice to know I have that option. Also side note, I was a collegiate athlete and these workouts are top tier. MoveWithUs also gives you instruction on how to do each exercise and I also love that it includes warm ups before each workout which is vital for performance. MoveWithUs makes my life so much easier with meals and workouts planned for me for the entire week. Would recommend MoveWithUs to everyone looking to take their fitness to the next level!

Best fitness app!

The BBR app is a wonderful app that has everything you need to reach your goals. Like any newly released app, there were glitches at first but the BBR team was quick to fix these issues and they are continuing to make the MoveWithUs even better! What I love most is the included timer on the circuit rounds and being able to see the next move during the rests periods. I also love the customizable food plan and Marco goals that you can change as you please. The food is so good and you won’t feel deprived!! The workouts are great and you can regress or progress moves to fit your fitness level. Also included is other aspects that are important to fitness-sleep, goal setting, water intake and mindset. I cannot say enough good things about BBR and MoveWithUs . Join the BBR team you don’t regret it!

Bodies By Rachel - A fitness app like no other!!!

Before signing up for my first fitness program through Bodies by Rachel, I was skeptical to purchase another fitness program since I purchased several over the years. Some of the programs I purchased came with apps and some didn’t but they all cost around the same price. After purchasing my first program and downloading MoveWithUs , I was amazed by all of the features MoveWithUs offers. By far, the BBR app along with the fitness programs offered is the best!!! Normally I use one app for the fitness program, another to track my macros, a third to search for exercise swaps and search for recipes, and keep track of my measurements on a piece of paper. With the BBR app, I now have everything in one!! My only regret is that I didn’t sign up sooner.

Love all the challenges and workouts. App needs some work

I have MWU for half a year. MoveWithUs has very obvious pros and cons. Pros- 1. All the programs and challenges have both gym and home versions. That is a big pro for me. And I think this beats most of the apps available here. 2. Every two to three month will be new programs or challenges available to keep you motivated. 3. A lot of varieties of workouts. They have strength training, plus circuit training, running program, Pilates, yoga, etc. Cons- 1. Timer is off. Whenever you quit MoveWithUs , the timer won’t be continuing in the back. It’s quite annoying. 2. It is really hard to log weight for each exercise. I wish there is a logging button right on the work out page. Instead of what I have to do right now - pausing the workout, go to workout note page, then log the workout. This is a big down for me. 3. No Apple Watch available yet. I think I saw an app review reply saying they were working on this a year ago, but there is still no update on it.

But overall it’s a very good app. And it’s very fun to use since it constantly updates with new programs and challenges. Just wish MoveWithUs itself can be better.

Absolutely Incredible!

I started with BBR in June 2020 on the old app and I thought that app was incredible! But let me tell you, MoveWithUs is worth everything!! You can track you water, steps, and sleep so I know exactly what I’m doing throughout the day and even at night. You usually get customized macros/calories from the team and a meal guide for two weeks, but NOW with the new app you can switch it up whenever you want! Don’t like the meal guide you have, get a new one with a touch of a button and they all for your macros/calories. They have sooo many new recipes as well, the list is endless! (I tried to go through all of them, there’s just so many). Rachel and Emma post content for us constantly on recipes, nutrition or any questions we had about training. There is just so many amazing features, and look at how cute everything looks on top of it all!!

A positive and uplifting app

I have had a great experience using MoveWithUs. It’s very user friendly and has all the things I can think of that I would want in a workout/lifestyle app. I love that there is space to set daily goals and track water intake. BBR in general is such an amazing program. If you’re looking for a sure fire way to get in shape, feel amazing and learn healthier habits, this is the way to go. I especially love that the staff and other app users are so supportive. I’ve tried many programs and this one is the best. They have different challenges but the food you eat is more than I thought I’d be eating, and the workouts are intense but the progress pics speak for themselves. There’s an at home or gym option and also alternative moves for things that may be a little too difficult. I just can’t say enough good things about it.

The best workout app

I typically like to build out my own workouts. I have competed in Bikini before and just was burnt out from my everyday weight training and doing my own macros. My best friend told me she needs to get back to the gym and told me about this program and I wanted to try it with her. I decided to do it with her to keep her on track and it would not hurt for my to try something new. I love that you can choose different levels of programs based on your workout activity and I love the options of foods you can choose from. I typically eat the same boring meals. I would recommend this program to anyone. If you are a beginner to working out there is something for you to someone who is advanced and would like to try something new.
Also when you have questions, a team member responds immediately and I really do like that.

Hands down the best female-centric workout

I can’t say enough good things about MoveWithUs and the workouts from Rachel Dillon! I joined the Sculpt program almost 2 months ago, and it’s the ONLY thing in 29 years that’s brought me to the gym and inner fuel to keep going. I think one helpful feature I’d love to see in MoveWithUs is to easily navigate to where you are in the program, as opposed to seeing just “Todays Workout” on the home page. There were days early on, where I had to skip a day or two, and I wanted to go back and complete the day I missed. These programs definitely build upon each day / week, so when you skip forward, you really miss out. I’d love to see a feature to quickly navigate to something like “Next Workout”, even though it was maybe a few days ago. Thank you so much, it shows that you’ve put a lot into making MoveWithUs easy to follow, and making working out that much more accessible for newbies! 🤍

The BBR experience

So I just want to share that I’ve never been the type to follow a plan or a challenge. I definitely doubted the process, especially since there are so many scams online. A friend recommended BBR to me a few years ago, back when all the programs were in PDF. I finally decided to participate in a challenge and that was the absolute BEST decision I ever made. The process from choosing which program to the layout and user friendly experience throughout MoveWithUs is what made me love this entire experience even more! The team is always willing to help, MoveWithUs has specific layouts for absolutely everything (from recipes, to detailed videos of the workouts - regressions & transgressions, the break down of your macros tailored for you and your own personalized meal!) I don’t think it can get better than this. I’m so glad I gave BBR an opportunity, if has changed my outlook and fitness journey for the better! I recommend it to everyone I know every time I receive a compliment. Don’t waste time looking anywhere else!!! BBR is the way to go 100%!!!!!

Not your usual review

This is literally the best fitness app I’ve ever used. As a software developer I know how to appreciate a well developed app and this is it. For sure this was developed una way that’s comfortable for the final user. Interchangeable food choices, training choices, easy to find what you need, easy to log progress, great UX and design. Usually fitness apps out there are very uncomfortable and trust me I’ve tried so many. I’ve been on diets and training programs for over 15 years and I’ve never seen as much progress as I’ve seen with this one. I not only fell in love with MoveWithUs I fell in love with the program itself. I just wish they had a keto food program but even without it I’ll keep using it.
