I have attempted several times to login after giving my email address and creating a password. When I clicked the “Create” button and error message came up that said the following: “ You have not checked the privacy policy & user agreement, please check before login.” I have clicked both of those and opened them to review them. But I do not see anything in either one to check with them.

I even deleted OnWear and re-downloaded it and got the same result. When I attempted to click for support on OnWear Store window I was taken to a blank page that has another error. I have never experienced this kind of trouble to create an account on a app.

How can I get technical support for OnWear on order to use my new watch?

I tried to get OnWear to work but it never did. Kept coming up with “null” as an error when I was trying to create an account.

I have message notifications on but I have yet to have one message go through to the watch. Doesn’t work

Will not let me create an account. After putting email and password I hit the create button and keeps saying “null”. I have tried different passwords I even have last pass app create a password for me and no luck.

Here’s my review of the previous version: OnWear does not communicate with the Apple Health app. The graphic data displays are weak and lack adequate time scales. Doesn’t always send messages to watch, although this feature is turned on.
The custom watch face feature is not flexible and does not include an analog option.
Worst of all, whenever OnWear loses communication with the watch, you must manually re-bind it and then redo all your settings.

I don’t know how to change the time on the watch long in/sign in, and keeps saying “null” whenever I press login or sign in.

App won’t stay open & won’t sync with the watch. I guess you get what you pay for 🤨

How can I see the weeks daily steps. I can only see the day used

It would be nice if you could add more sports mode to the watch.

The watch does not auto update or synch weather information. The this app app should be patched because if I “forced synch” it does push the weather information to the watch. But only when I manually forced synch by swiping down on the main screen of OnWear (much like how you refresh your emails in the email apps). I laugh at most of the reviews posted because they are obviously fake. (Over a hundred of them). I think iOS 15.1 broke the weather update feature because it installed a new version of Apple’s weather app.

will not connect to my new watch. The watch information comes up in the available device list but constantly fails to connect . I have tried unpairing the device and uninstalling the app with no success. The watch did not come with English instructions.

Can not get Verizon messaging (the red message icon, not the green one) on the OnWear app. Has anyone been able to get their Verizon messages on the app?
