Hi, I purchased 1000coins + 400 bonus which should have costed £7.30 instead it charged me £9.99. More money has been deducted from my account and also I didn’t receive any coins in my Novel Sky app. It still reads 0 coins and 0 bonus. I’m not happy with this. Please could you add the coins and the bonus to my account which I purchased then that would be great otherwise I have to cancel my purchase. Please respond ASAP.

How do i get coins from novel sky app

With the amount of money I’ve spent on coins to read the amazing son in law and still don’t have all the chapters is a big ripoff. I can spend 30 bucks on a novel and read from beginning to the end, but this is a load of crap saying more chapters in the oven and you are releasing a couple of chapters every other day. This is not right not right and I feel like a fool for failing for it to read this novel that has cost me over a 100.00
