NovelSky app is not working. I bought 1000coins Rm45 on 9May 2021 at 2133hr at 7-Eleven Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. But the app is not unlocking. Please help.

My card better boy be charged again. I paid 10 dollars and didn't even finish the novel that is crazy y'all are in it for the money. This is a big rip off I will not refer it to anybody.
Seriously Money making app. Not happy at all. Costs so much to get bonus points and you can only read your chapters if you buy. Costed me $12 to read 13% of the story. Editing is not the greatest. Alot of incorrect Grammar & spelling. However, the story was interesting. I just stopped midway through even though I was still interested as I just could not keep paying so much for bonus points. By the time the book is finished it would've cost me at least $100 and not even the greatest edited romance books cost that much. Really disappointed. Don't waste your time or money.
The novels when you start reading have locked chapters you says it's free then why the charges?
I have not been able to buy coins. Keep getting subscriber unavailable. Even when I go ahead to input my card details I get response that the details is wrong and I shld change. I av used debit and credit card. Visa and master and both are the same. I was hoping to benefit from the valentine promo of 100% bonus.

How much do you pay for the paper book? I buy a lot of book and it usually cost 10-20euro, some may cost 50, but they should be worth of it. So an online book in novelsky can cost you more then 30euro.. I paid so much and expected to read whole book. Not lucky here. No more reading online paid content. I do find much better books for free (better written, better content, much deaper characters). NovelSky App uninstalled. Good day.
