I work at a school that uses this app. Since the new app was released, we have been unable to use SchoolPass for dismissal. It freezes up constantly and I am unable to scroll to see which students are coming up next in the carpool line. The cars that do show up get sorted in the wrong order on SchoolPass , which renders it useless as we are unable to correctly queue students. Often, SchoolPass freezes so many times that it just shuts itself down and closes out. Toggling between dismissal locations is also very difficult and takes too long when you’re in the middle of carpool/dismissal.
App hard crashes when I select calendar when logged in as parent. No error message or indication of cause.
SchoolPass is not good because of the bed features. Needs tons of work

SchoolPass is very poorly written. It performs extremely slowly and is filled with several bugs throughout the entire user experience. If your school is considering use of this company and it’s app, I would recommend looking elsewhere. It’s an extremely frustrating experience for parents to be required to deal with such a poorly designed and developed application. It’s almost as if there is no QA department at all at the development company that built it.
SchoolPass is terribly made! It is completely counterintuitive and crashes constantly

When I try to run SchoolPass, it just immediately crashes. iPhone 13 Pro Max on iOS 15.0.2.
How do I sign up and use SchoolPass? Please hire a real designer, because your app has earned its one star average rating. Terrible user experience.
This is one of the slowest app and very unorganized app, it takes lot of start SchoolPass . School please don’t consider SchoolPass for checking in.
SchoolPass sometimes works. Sometimes it doesn’t.
My student profile will not open. I’ve deleted and reinstalled 5 times. We have to have a clean covid checkin for school and I could not show it. THIS IS FRUSTRATING
I have an account, I have a login, I have a password. Decided to download SchoolPass , opened and tried to log in, and it says There were no patent or student users with that name and email…. Yeah I know, because I’m a teacher, not a parent or student.
The school I work for uses this app to track students and transportation. I have to tap in each student as they board the bus. SchoolPass is slow, logs out for f it’s own, and generally frustrating. Rarely does it work well. There has got to better apps out there.
SchoolPass is so horribly made. I just want to click calendar dates to show my child’s absence from school and guess what? There are no dates to click. Nothing. It shows a blank calendar I’ve tried for weeks and it never works.
I have an account, I know because I was able to log in before, however, I had to delete SchoolPass due to it not loading at all, and when I tried to log in once again, it said my account didn’t exist. This is upsetting since I need SchoolPass to be able to enter school, without it I’m not allowed in.
Having two kids in different schools which use this platform is such a pain because of complete lack of thought given to how to make this experience actually work. It wastes so much time, there was a hack you could do by setting the same password but with a recent app update you now have to log out and log back in, even if both schools have the same password. It is such a gigantic waste of time, every day!
When I add a profile photo or update my phone number the changes do not save to my profile. I am suggesting to the school to find a different system that works.
I would like to simply create a new account with my chosen email address, not the one I use for Google or Facebook.
I absolutely do not want to link my Facebook account to this.
Please offer this option.
Our school has a customized wellness check with School pass. Staff and students/parents completed every day. I think this daily wellness check helps people to self monitor - it has helped keep our school healthy and open for business.
