2 years agoI have a $30 charge fee to my account . I never bet or placed any bet that high. I played 2 times for $1 each. With money in my account so I’m in sure why $30 was taken out

Banned for no reason.
So I created an account with 1v1Me for the first time and thought it would be cool to try welp while I saw an option to add my Xbox account it wouldn’t let me add my Xbox account at all then I thought it was best to delete my account and start over so I can add my Xbox account sense the app doesn’t have an option to add my Xbox info after my account is created but instead of being able to make a new account to start over I’m banned for life on the app..I emailed the support team but no response..way to waste my time 1v1Me.

Terrible customer service *ROBBED MONEY
I followed every rule to the tea upon playing a tournament I showed my task, geo and play by the rules. My cod account has over 60 days played with no problems yet I get banned on this app with over $50 in the account with no way to get it back and no explanation for being banned. I messaged there so called “customer service” for a week straight and messaged them on Twitter with no reply. I would like a reply with some reasonable explanation. Also if final decision is a ban I would like my money back that I’ve deposited

I was excited but let down - should be 0 stars!
I was so excited to try this app as my friends and I keep saying put your money where your mouth is. I can not use this app as it requires you to use two-factor on your Apple ID account and that’s just a fail from Apple. Update: Months later and still the same issue requiring an AppleID with two factor turned on. They really need to remove the two factor requirement.
