How to fix Xplora app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Xplora app on iPhone
Update Xplora app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Xplora iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Xplora on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Xplora network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Xplora app issues:

Force Stop the Xplora App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Xplora app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Xplora to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Xplora App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Xplora app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Xplora.

Fix Xplora unable to contact server/ Xplora internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Xplora » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Xplora » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Xplora on android.
