However i thought it didnt go through as it kept saying my eircode is different on my billing address. However my daughter informs me ye have taken 74€ from account. Can you please inform me are they ordered or not and kndeed have ye taken money and have ye correct eircode which is W91R2V3

Searching the app for the product provides a link once again to download the app - whilst being in the said app. Looking at the support feature is solely ask and answer questions that give no insight as to how to stop the cycle.
