Close and restart the Citez app on iPhone
Update Citez app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Citez iPhone app

To resolve Citez network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Citez app issues:

Force Stop the Citez App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Citez app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Citez to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Citez App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Citez app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Citez.

Fix Citez unable to contact server/ Citez internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Citez » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Citez » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Citez on android.
