Just installed and registered the app, try to open and screen is black

It will not show any of my clothes in dress me and just tells me I need to add clothes. Just started happening when I updated the app, was working fine before.

Hello, I'm not able to login. I still know the password, but the login fails. When i try to reset the password and click on the link in the email, i go back to the login start screen in the app.

When I open the app it introduces it again and it’s features every time. Also the planner doesn’t work, it doesn’t show my assigned outfits, only the default picture. But I can see my outfits in calendar.
