this app USED to be amazing, and it still is for professional users who can afford the absurdly steep pricing as a business expense. The prices are far, far too absurd to justify otherwise as they charge multiple times more than their chief competitor Marco Polo for the exact same features.

I would prefer to use this app if they wanted my business but they've slapped their non-commercial users in the face and left us to rot. Marco Polo it is unfortunately, though they also charge a lot for basic functionality so there's really just no good options left on the market.

Can’t reach you at the support service. No direct chat because that will help deaf friendly user. Notification badges stuck and I opened my app. See nothing. It’s annoying. I checked to see who left message or whatever. This needs to work on badly.

Updated. Very disappointed. You said you’ll delete my chats past thirty days when my friend has nothing on his end. We had our app on the same day. What’s going on??? Bring that chat back on.

I updated my old iPhone 8 so I could use this and another app that kept saying I had to update my os to keep using their app. That was the worst choice I could have made. Now that I updated my phone to be able to use these apps my phone doesn’t work half the time ! It worked fine before I downloaded and installed the GARBAGE UPDATE and my old iPad is still working fine. I will definitely not make the mistake of “ updating “ my ipad ! #end planned obsolescence!!!!!

I have been a huge fan of other “walkie talkie”-like apps (ie. asynchronous, voice and video messaging), starting YEARS ago with Voxer (voice) and, more recently, with Marco Polo (video).

However, I’ve moved my team at work over to using this app for our video messaging conversations.

Why?

The this app team’s customer support has been incredible.

They “get it” and are rapidly iterating and rolling out new features.

Unlike Marco Polo, they are *built* for teams and businesses. The ability to have multiple, separate conversations within a group (called a “team” in this app) is the killer feature for me right now. Our conversations can now be separated into distinct topics or threads. This allows my team do daily standup in one conversation, discuss random life non-work stuff in another, and cover some brainstorming for a current project in a third conversation—distinct, clear separations of conversations. (Think of it like the difference between a single Group DM in Google Hangouts vs multiple channels in Slack....Yep —> mind= blown! 🤯)

Since our team has started using this app, we have been able to reduce our meetings by over 90%. We now only have one synchronous meeting per week.

I made a suggestion about how to improve. Direct response from top brass and changed within a few updates 🙏🏼

Volley has been a game changer for teams. It’s great to be able to communicate with everyone and not have to have a forced meeting/office time.

Love Volley! It’s been a great way for us to stay connected to our coworkers since we’ve all started working remotely. It’s way more efficient than typing long slack messages or emails and much less disruptive to workflow than calling on the phone or scheduling meetings.

If you have clients all over the world, you are going to love Volley. It’s amazing it is taking my coaching to a whole new level. It works on everything. It is super reliable and what are you waiting for? Quit reading this and install it!

this app is my absolute favorite way to do business communication. As somebody that consumes a lot of podcasts, the audio video communication channel is so much more natural than trying to type all of my thoughts out in Slack. Collaborating is so much more real time when it needs to be. But also gives me the space to be asynchronous when that is a better option.

this app is the best solution I've found for all of these relationship communications.

this app frees up so much of my day. No longer is my schedule stacked with planned stand ups, 1:1’s and miscellaneous time-fillers. Instead, my team and I this app. I can stay on top of communication with better quality and more thoughtful conversation. The same or even more conversation happens but it takes less time. Pure magic.

This has vastly improved my productivity at work. I don’t like meetings, and this app helped me and my team to eliminate several of them each week. This is like Marco Polo but for business. Give it a try and see if it’s right for you and your team!

I’ve been fortunate to try this app for a little while now. The design and functionality is really, really well done. Super easy to use. And because of that, and the killer features, I cannot wait to have my entire professional network on here! It’s like Marco Polo ... but better and designed for professional and business use. And they have a desktop app that syncs! Cannot recommend it highly enough .... six stars!!!

Zoom was great and convenient for a little while, but then it just became a hassle to coordinate with everyone’s schedules and the meetings weren’t as productive. this app is amazing. There’s no need to workout around varying schedules and team members are able to contribute what’s absolutely essential, no more of this fluff/filler in meetings. Saves us all time!

Thanks this app for making an app that does all the things that Marco Polo should! Makes communicating with different groups of people a breeze, and as a truck driver I can now use my Bluetooth headset mic to record without excessive road noise! Thanks to such an incredibly responsive dev team for listening to my feedback and adapting so quickly! I’m amazed. Make the switch from Slack and Marco Polo now!

I've loved and used Voxer for years to lead teams, chat with colleagues, and engage in mastermind groups. this app is everything I love about Voxer and then some. This not only takes virtual team communication up a notch, this is a perfect place for building community. I love all the ways we can organize discussion and the flexibility of text, voice, and video options.

I love Volley! I’ve cut down meetings and I’m still able to keep conversations interesting and productive.

It takes interactions a step above messages and Slack but without the constraints and anxiety of having to sync up. Whether you run communities or depend on communication for your business this is a tool you should look into.

Since I started using this app with my team we have had <50% the meetings. If I were to run a cost analysis on this I’d estimate we are saving a few thousand dollars a month just on communication efficiencies with my direct reports alone.
