I really want to like this app, it has a great network and lots of potential to find and meet people to play. Among the issues that exist, the biggest problem in finding has to be finding your schedule / league / division and the contact information of other players. I signed up for a flex league and you would think the information would be front and center once the league begins (maybe on your profile?) but instead I found you have to search for the league and click through all the divisions to find your profile and schedule. On top of that, messaging through the app isn’t intuitive, or understanding everyone’s home courts and preferences. The app has potential, just very unintuitive and burdensome to work through.

Please be aware that if you sign up for an account because you have a kid playing tennis - you’ll quickly find out that you’ll be asked for your tennis stats, etc. Unfortunately, they don’t tell you this BEFORE you start so I’m sure their system is filled with people who are not actual tennis players. So stupid. It’s so lame that when submitting a question through the app, they can’t even recognize that it’s coming from the app and ask how you’re using it - desktop or mobile? Seriously? The user experience is stupidity actualized.

Very hard to navigate to my next matches. Had to click three links and hard to know where to go. They promote paid hits a lot because it makes them a lot of money likely, sacrificing putting what I need after signing up for a league front and center. They could do more with reserving and finding a court and time to hit. Enabling in-app reservations and finding a court would be helpful.
