My son, Kaizad Bhesania, has a UTR # but we never signed up for a subscription. I just realized I have been getting charged $12/month from UTRSports.com! What is this fee for? He hasn't been playing tennis for a couple of months as he is in other sports! Please cancel his subscription and I would like to request a refund for the past 4-5 months. There is NO phone number to even call to take care of this issue. Can someone please give me a call at 773-368-7874 to resolve this issue!
I have two daughter that play tennis. One is now in college the other in high school. I can't seem to get my oldest daughter's UTR account stopped/cancelled or halted they keep charging my every year. I try to go online for directions on how to shut it off without any success. I have left multiple messages without any response back. I now want to stop both of my daughters accounts until this gets straightened out. Do not charge me for any further UTR services. You need to get your customer service department up to par....... this is reminding me of the USTA which isn't a good thing. Daughters are Savannah McOuat and Samantha McOuat. Please refund my account and stop any automatic renewal until this is straightened out to my satisfaction. I don't want to pay anything further for these UTR accounts. I really want to like this app, it has a great network and lots of potential to find and meet people to play. Among the issues that exist, the biggest problem in finding has to be finding your schedule / league / division and the contact information of other players. I signed up for a flex league and you would think the information would be front and center once the league begins (maybe on your profile?) but instead I found you have to search for the league and click through all the divisions to find your profile and schedule.
On top of that, messaging through the app isn’t intuitive, or understanding everyone’s home courts and preferences.
The app has potential, just very unintuitive and burdensome to work through.

Please be aware that if you sign up for an account because you have a kid playing tennis - you’ll quickly find out that you’ll be asked for your tennis stats, etc. Unfortunately, they don’t tell you this BEFORE you start so I’m sure their system is filled with people who are not actual tennis players. So stupid.
It’s so lame that when submitting a question through the app, they can’t even recognize that it’s coming from the app and ask how you’re using it - desktop or mobile? Seriously? The user experience is stupidity actualized.

Very hard to navigate to my next matches. Had to click three links and hard to know where to go.
They promote paid hits a lot because it makes them a lot of money likely, sacrificing putting what I need after signing up for a league front and center.
They could do more with reserving and finding a court and time to hit. Enabling in-app reservations and finding a court would be helpful.
