How do i get my money back

I purchased for $10 because it said I could convert to Word which i was not anle to do in Acrobat. Download still cant load to app i need to spend another $10 for Pro Max. Download ProMax and the conversion is all in wingdings. I had to rewrite the entire thing in Word. Absolutely useless.

Undo Redo buttons are missing and when I edit pdf there is no copy paste feature. Please add those basic features.

It edits PDFS but it's not user friendly

It works but it took me to long to edit text on my iPhone. I had to repeatedly tap the text for the edit option to appear. There needs to be a tutorial in PDFOfficeProAcrobatExpert showing us all the features because I know there's a bunch of things that I'm not aware of like how to undo or etc...

Edit function has some minor problems , but developer contacted me immediately to solve. Therefore top rating even though the fix will take a 1-2 weeks
