Still not working

Tried to use this app so many times to claim a credit at the end of a course and it NEVER works. Restarting the app or the phone doesn’t help, reinstalling the app doesn’t work. Would something like this be tolerated by architects filing for their CEU credits? Or the engineers? Why do you think this is acceptable for interior designers? Do you think this is acceptable in the 21st century? This is embarrassing for all of us. Either fix it or take it off

This app is new & ready to use; but login not working, though no problems logging in via mobile or laptop using my browser. Watched video; should work. Accepted terms. App Store says it works on my phone. Re-booted phone, deleted app & Re-installed. Same messsge. App support loops back to idcec website. Bugs that need squashing?
