I’ve tried linking my subscription multiple times (claims success) but still can’t read articles in CTInsider . Please fix!!!
I free article a month then you gotta pay plenty of other sources online that I can get local news for free this is nothing but a money grab
CTInsider overall is pretty good, but when there is a news notification, I’d you click to open the story from the notification, it just opens a blank page in CTInsider , not the article. You then have to navigate back to the home screen and find the article, which isn’t always at the top so is very annoying.
It is annoying when I keep getting offers when I already pay for the news. It blocked out the article so I can’t read it.

Need to be able to save favorite articles and search for articles by keyword as well. Also need to be able to comment on articles. Open dialog and debate on issues today is critical. Oh, and it would be great if an article that was opened via an emailed link on a mobile device (or the newsletter you send) redirected to the mobile app if installed or there was a message on the website to download CTInsider if not installed. That’s pretty common functionality for news organizations.
Easy to use and has good content. A great addition to my local awareness of the peace I live.
CTInsider nicely brings together local CT news from a group of smaller local papers in other NewHaven Register. however one major short coming is the lack of a search feature. Maybe it’s in here somewhere but I haven’t found a way to search
