Why does CSULBSRWCGO always signs us out automatically. Like I know I get it it’s for security reasons. But the chance of someone actually hacking our account is like 1 in a million. Above that most of us have Face ID on our phones. So unless someone stole our phone no one can access our sign in. Above that CSULBSRWCGO doesn’t do the two step verification so someone can just use a different phone to ‘hack’ our account.
CSULBSRWCGO literally does not work at all. Crashes every time you need to use it! Makes going to the gym impossible!
Doesn’t even work. I have to type in my ID when I get there. I can log onto safari and my laptop with my username and password, but I can’t with CSULBSRWCGO .
Why do we need to use this to enter the rec center? It’s insanely slow, plus it doesn’t even scan correctly and the doors of the SRWC don’t open. Why not just let us use our IDs to enter, as everyone carry’s them on their self already? Remove the scan in for CSULBSRWCGO PLEASE. Others features of CSULBSRWCGO are ok, if they even load which half the time they don’t.
CSULBSRWCGO says my info is invalid so I tried logging into my BB with the same info and it works.
CSULBSRWCGO is not good and was made by a student. No shot that it wasn’t, and If I’m wrong then CSULB needs to get their money back from whoever they hired
username and password correct. still doesn't work. will check back after I'm graduated to see if this works
Keeps crashing when trying to open
Most of the features redirect you to the webpage which makes no difference if you just open it on a browser
CSULBSRWCGO won’t let me log in. It’s frustrating that the SRWC forces us to use this. Seriously. I’ve double checked my login/password and it just will not let me log in. So I will have to hope someone at the front desk can help me every day. App is garbage.
Please add a function where we can either save our log-in or not get signed out after a day. It’s a bit ridiculous that we now have a line of students trying to sign in when we used to simply swipe our IDs.
I just wanted to shout out the SRWC staff who let me enter my ID manually every single day I went bc CSULBSRWCGO wouldn’t ever let me sign in. Staff: five stars. App: one.
