the game keepings crashing two minutes into the game play on my iphone 12, i have restarted the phone, yes, i have enough memory, yes i have wifi and data connection, yes it is the updated version because i just downloaded so i also dont have to clear cache data. is it just me or should i just go back to pubg/monster hunter etc.. ark really looks good and wana give it a try but this is proving to be a struggle.

How to fix ARK app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ARK app on iPhone
Update ARK app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ARK iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ARK on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ARK network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ARK Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ARK not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ARK App
1. On android, goto Settings » ARK » click [Force Stop]

Update ARK to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ARK App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ARK » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ARK.

Fix ARK unable to contact server/ ARK internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ARK » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ARK » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
