HI. BOTH ME AND MY PARENTS HAVE SEPERATE ACCOUNTS. BUT BIOTH HAVE LOST ALL SPORTS CHANNELS. BT SPORTS AND FILM CHANNELS. HAPPEND YESTERDAY AND STILL NOTHING. THE REST OF THE CHANNELS ARE WORKING FINE. THANK YOU.

How to fix IPTV app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the IPTV app on iPhone
Update IPTV app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall IPTV iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix IPTV on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve IPTV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

IPTV Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix IPTV not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the IPTV App
1. On android, goto Settings » IPTV » click [Force Stop]

Update IPTV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear IPTV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » IPTV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart IPTV.

Fix IPTV unable to contact server/ IPTV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click IPTV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto IPTV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch IPTV
