How to fix Codye app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Codye app on iPhone
Update Codye app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Codye iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Codye on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Codye network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Codye not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Codye app issues:

Force Stop the Codye App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Codye app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Codye to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Codye App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Codye app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Codye.

Fix Codye unable to contact server/ Codye internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Codye » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Codye » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Codye on android.
