3 years agoWe live in Sarasota County Florida. We subscribed to Chatterbox.com so we could watch our Grandson play football at Ross High School. Found out yesterday Chatterbox will have audio only for this coming Friday night's game due to the fact Spectrum will have video. This is unacceptable! We do not have access to Spectrum in Englewood, Floirda! How do we go about getting this changed so Chatterbox has video as well?

3 years agoI signed up and only watched 1 game so I decided to cancel. I was having issues and couldn't get a response/help. Tried multiple times via email and Facebook. I'm hoping for better luck here. I am pretty sure I figured out how to cancel but need to confirm. In the middle of all of this I got charged. I'm hoping that you will credit me back for that charge given the situation and you can see that I did not use the service. Thanks for your help!

Did not show all games played from Talawanda High School, the reason I bought this app in the first place. We had 2 grandsons on that team, but we didn’t get to see all of the games. I want to cancel my subscription to this app. Sherry Broshear
