We live in Sarasota County Florida. We subscribed to Chatterbox.com so we could watch our Grandson play football at Ross High School. Found out yesterday Chatterbox will have audio only for this coming Friday night's game due to the fact Spectrum will have video. This is unacceptable! We do not have access to Spectrum in Englewood, Floirda! How do we go about getting this changed so Chatterbox has video as well?
I signed up and only watched 1 game so I decided to cancel. I was having issues and couldn't get a response/help. Tried multiple times via email and Facebook. I'm hoping for better luck here.
