I am disappointed with this game. The hidden object scene in the ambulance will not allow me to complete it, so I'm stuck.
I tried sending messages to the technical assistance “bot” but it just tells me to rephrase the question (Which I did several times).
If this issue cannot be fixed, I would like a refund.

Last week I purchase Fatal Evidence Cursed Island and really enjoyed it so I decided to go ahead and purchase this one. I’m very sorry that I did as it’s been one problem after another. First, I had to restart the game 6 times, I’m not kidding, 6 times to get past the ambulance in the beginning which was frustrating enough now the patch tape is stuck and I can’t fix the radiator and I absolutely refuse to restart this game, because I’m so far into it and now I’m beyond frustrated!!! These aren’t the only issues, the tazer shot the cop by itself and the character kept touching the thorns and making that ridiculous noise even after I went to something else. These are the things I remember. The storyline is okay and the graphic are good but the glitches kill this game. I’d really like my money back! Don’t waste your money until they fix these glitches!

This game is SO Screwed up - Now it’s the ambulance hidden object scene with the pump. Cannot even progress!
Have tried to contact customer support numerous times with NO response!
There is No excuse for this & certainly NO way to treat their loyal supporters ( who are going to fall by the wayside if things don’t change!)

To Domini: For your information - We players DO NOT play a game to have to skip (in this case to a match 3) in order to progress through a game! Oh, and by the way, there is more than 1 bug in this game. Your comment should be we will get this fixed, not skip through the problems.

You just keep prolonging it and making excuses. Also, it’s pretty sad that NO One in your customer support responds back - Why is that??? I would think 🤔 that you would actually fix this game completely, so that it would be playable & enjoyable.

I see your responses from other reviews mentioning the issue and inability to move past the ambulance scene. A bit unprofessional to say to each person reporting this issue, “oh there’s no problems on our side!!”. Multiple people are having this problem with gameplay, including myself. I paid deluxe for this game and I want my money back. DO BETTER.

Started out very fun but as soon as I bought the rest of the game I got stuck because I cannot finish the find objects game in the back of the ambulance. I found all of the objects but cannot pick up the final item and therefore cannot move ahead. Also the bottom of the screen is too sensitive as others have said.

I mean, this would potentially be a really fun and enjoyable game. However, the bottom of the screen is so sensitive, that I’m constantly trying to click on my inventory, and instead going back to the previous room/scene. I’m at a point where I’m trying to stand on a chair in a living room, and I spent 5 solid minutes trying to click on my inventory, but instead kept getting sent back outside the house over and over and over, no matter how careful I tried to be. That pretty much ended the game for me, as I was too aggravated to finish. This almost seems like a design flaw. You shouldn’t be clicking on the exact same spot for inventory and to return to the previous rooms. It had so much potential!! Now I’m just ticked off I spent money on this game. I won’t be doing that on any of these games again.

It’s 2024 and the ambulance issue is still not fixed. I cannot progress in this game and I barely got started. I love these games but this was nothing but a waste of money. It worked until I paid for it. Then I couldn’t play past the ambulance. It also kicked me out a couple times at the beginning. Please fix this game!

I was really enjoying this game until I needed the joystick. I had already gotten the glove and picked up the joystick from the cactus plants, but when I went to use it the joystick was not in my inventory. It vanished, and along with it my hopes of finishing this game. Disappointing 😕

I was enjoying this until I paid. Now I am stuck. Completed HOP in ambulance but can’t pick up the earned item. It is also really sensitive towards the bottom of screen and takes you out of the HOP. Not the end of the world. Please fix so I can enjoy the rest of it....or refund, please.

I like all the games and the way they are set up but I wish the full version of the games could be for free and not just part of it because in my opinion what’s the point of even posting the game if you have to end up paying to play the rest?

I am trapped in the maze, not because I can’t figure it out, but because when I’m standing at the hole in the floor, I have to open my inventory to access the boards. The problem is that every time I attempt to select the inventory I am sent back to the prior screen. Can you please fix this frustrating issue? I was enjoying the game up to this point.

The combination of the inventory button (no option to remain unhidden), the iPhone home button, and the bottom of the screen's use as a back button versus an actual visual back button makes this game impossible to play. I can't focus on the story or gameplay because I'm too busy trying to stay in FatalEvidence when swiping, open the inventory to use an item, or avoid constantly going to the last room. Truly the worst game design I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing.

UPDATE June 7: I have raised my rating to 4 stars after a prompt fix of the error. You need to reset the bonus game and it will play through properly. Thanks for the rapid response Domini.

Stuck in the bonus game after feeding the dog. No way to proceed after that. I was enjoying the game up to this point, but now disappointed because we have yet another flawed game from Domini. Come on - get your act together!

When you get to the ambulance, pick up the leftmost scissor first. If you pick up the right one, the game will crash and you’ll have to delete the game then start over. Now, let’s see if I can get through the rest of the game with no further crashes.

Thanks Domini for this new game. I haven’t played it yet, but I’m excited to get started. I’m grateful that even though things are crazy in our world right now we get to escape into these amazing games. Please keep them coming. Thank you and take care all😄

It was more of a guessing game for me to figure what comes next, even with the tutorials. But I did enjoy the surprise of things when they turned out. A few things that were suppose to work (like the rubber glove on the broken electrical wires) didn’t work after many tries. And I knew it was the correct answer. It only worked after coming back the next day and it was the first thing I tried with the help of the hint button.....the both items had glowing circles around them and were easily moved together asI knew they should be. I am new to this kind of game, so maybe I just don’t know the secrets to finding things out.....but I sure am enjoying it. I expect in the near future, they will ask for a real $$$ payment to continue the game. That is when I will delete FatalEvidence and find another. I only play FREE games and never use real currency on any game.

This game was BY FAR the best game from Domini that I’ve ever played, and I think I’ve played them all. I’m not only saying that because it’s free. It’s delightfully long, the storyline doesn’t get complicated, weird, or hard to follow, all the mini games were refreshingly unique, not too difficult, but not boringly easy. All in all this was such a great game. I loved every moment of playing it and I can’t wait for a new release.

Great story line! I love games with REAL people in them. I am not a fan of games full of mythical creatures, fairies, magic dragons, etc. Please offer more games like this!

So I started play this game and when I was in the hospital thing somthing pop up and it is saying purchase this or something like that and when I am pressing the main menu it’s not letting me get out so can you pls fix that

Great game! I loved the story line.

Side note:
I do want to say I am disappointed with the remaster games the company is putting out. It is like you are running out of ideas. There is no real change to the game and it tries to recharge if you bought the original. Smh. Stop remastering games and just produce new games like this. I have been a customer with you for over 6 yrs when you were with Big Fish. No more remaster please.
