Glitch after glitch

Last week I purchase Fatal Evidence Cursed Island and really enjoyed it so I decided to go ahead and purchase this one. I’m very sorry that I did as it’s been one problem after another. First, I had to restart the game 6 times, I’m not kidding, 6 times to get past the ambulance in the beginning which was frustrating enough now the patch tape is stuck and I can’t fix the radiator and I absolutely refuse to restart this game, because I’m so far into it and now I’m beyond frustrated!!! These aren’t the only issues, the tazer shot the cop by itself and the character kept touching the thorns and making that ridiculous noise even after I went to something else. These are the things I remember. The storyline is okay and the graphic are good but the glitches kill this game. I’d really like my money back! Don’t waste your money until they fix these glitches!

This game is SO Screwed up - Now it’s the ambulance hidden object scene with the pump. Cannot even progress!
Have tried to contact customer support numerous times with NO response!
There is No excuse for this & certainly NO way to treat their loyal supporters ( who are going to fall by the wayside if things don’t change!)

To Domini: For your information - We players DO NOT play a game to have to skip (in this case to a match 3) in order to progress through a game! Oh, and by the way, there is more than 1 bug in this game. Your comment should be we will get this fixed, not skip through the problems.

You just keep prolonging it and making excuses. Also, it’s pretty sad that NO One in your customer support responds back - Why is that??? I would think 🤔 that you would actually fix this game completely, so that it would be playable & enjoyable.

I see your responses from other reviews mentioning the issue and inability to move past the ambulance scene. A bit unprofessional to say to each person reporting this issue, “oh there’s no problems on our side!!”. Multiple people are having this problem with gameplay, including myself. I paid deluxe for this game and I want my money back. DO BETTER.
