It's been about one year since when I updated CareCamPro , and the switching between 1x lens and 5x optical lens zoom doesn't work, I hoped that in the next update, this issue can be solved but already not. And unfortunately some settings has been removed from the dashboard such as alarm setting it seems you have to buy cloud to have these features that it was free.

You will not be able to login to your camera, CareCamPro will terrorise you with advertisements and promotions. Even you close CareCamPro and reopen again it will do the same. When camera sends you a notification such as: motion detected, login as soon as possible! You will not be able to see the live view till CareCamPro will finish advertising. And it may take 10 mins. Good luck, you might get robbed already by this time. Here is no way to stop it, even if you click on the X to close it, CareCamPro will redirect you to Apple Store or wherever the advertisement belongs to. Horrible.

Only motion detects with cloud storage and have to pay for the service. Even if you have memory card it doesn’t work

Ads everywhere’s they’re a scam they force you to subscribe to a cloud even if you’ve a sad card don’t buy

Stop forcing your cloud storage service down my throat and leave us with our SD CARD OPTIONS 🤷🏾🤷🏾

Why is the event playback option disabled?

It’s horrible how CareCamPro will not allow me to access the cameras right away unless I watch a 45 seconds video on a some silly game or play the game… I’ve had many emergencies and I am not able to see anything because of the adds! Also while reviewing the camera Adds constantly pop up! The camera have great video but this trash of adds that now I have to watch are terrible!
You must do something g about this and remove this adds, is obnoxious and defeats the purpose of a security camera! YOU CAN DO A LOT BETTER THAN THIS!

I wish I could give this less than one star. We use this for our toddler and while we can deal with the occasional connect drops and the hardware malfunctions (e.g., camera loses connection in the middle of the night with a loud creepy voice notification followed by constant loud beeping), the sheer amount of ads are ridiculous. Every time I want to open the camera, I get long strings of ads that take forever to get through. Heaven forbid that something happens to my son. We want to check on our child. The last thing we want to see is ads. We highly recommend any other brand because of this alone. Avoid.

Edit: Got a reply to the original review to email support “to fix the issue”. The issue is the ads. Plain and simple. Zero peace of mind with this device and app. We will be seeking out other options. I never write reviews for apps.

I posted a review on here and y’all responded to the comment but y’all ignore the emails like always. Once again I paid for 24/7 video history for 365 days!!! The 247 history only worked for 30 days!!!!! I paid $60!! Specifically for the 24/7 history!!! I want my money back if I am not going to get what I paid for!!! I will leave a review every single day on CareCamPro until I get my money back or my 24/7 history back working. This is ridiculous and sad. They don’t care about the customers they just rip people off with these subscriptions thinking no one will say anything and it’s okay but it’s not!!!! If you can’t speak English, translate it! You responded to my other review saying contact you at another email that’s different from your app and when I did I still didn’t get a response! I sent 2 emails!!!!!!! I need to talk to somebody!

Works with camera well, however it is loaded with ads (advertisement). Not just a few, a whole lot of ads. Even when you open app to view camera video ads are on top first. When ad on top is closed the actual app is shown but not easy to see as the entire screen is engulfed with ads. If you want and or like 24/7 ads on your screen CareCamPro is for you. However if you bought this camera and downloaded CareCamPro for it, ”this app”, thinking it would be used to control your camera only, you will be highly disappointed. CareCamPro as well as others is a disgrace to programming.

Firstly, the screen keeps loading and then it says poor network. I literally have tried my phone data, work WiFi, home WiFi and everything. It still says network poor. What am I supposed to do? I have uninstalled and installed CareCamPro 4/5 times. And this problem has been persistent since last month, I didn’t bother much bc I was busy with work but now that I want to use the camera this ridiculous app doesn’t work. My mother who lives in a different country faces no such issue, she is able to access the camera through CareCamPro . Is CareCamPro poorly functioning just in US?

Hello, new application is better than old, proporsal is to allow multi view in same time on one account. You can allow up to 4-5 users from different accounts can view cameras in same time. Now when someone login to account other disconnect. Can't be more than one person in account.

Camera works great, very clear. The videos are so short, about four seconds, that the camera picks up somebody walking up to our walkway, but the video stops before they actually get to the door. If we were to need to use these videos for any purpose, they wouldn’t be of use because you can’t recognize the person because they’re still too far away by the time the video stops recording.

The clarity of my cameras are great and I love that my cameras pan, tilt and zoom. CareCamPro needs work though. I don’t like how only one user can be logged in to the cameras at a time. I also would like CareCamPro to allow for ringtone customization so I know when I hear that tone that it’s the cameras. Also don’t like how you have to purchase cloud storage for each individual camera and you can’t look at anything in the SD card over a day old. If the developers could fix these issues, it would be five stars all day.

Is there a way I can delete the recorded events? I cant seem to do so and I haven't purchased cloud so Im not sure where this is being uploaded?

This application covers all the bases and the camera has good resolution

The camera without the cloud service is just an ordinary camera, but with the cloud service, fantastic functionality is added.

It's okay, there are so many functions that the camera can see my puppy when I am not at home.
