Got accepted to drive for Skipcart! Yay, right!?! Wrong. As soon as I logged in I’m unable to do ANYTHING. I’m stuck on the main page and not able to add my information to start. Issues within the first minute is never a good sign👎🏾

Is there something wrong with SkipcartDeliveryDriver? I’m trying to get signed up but unable to

If your delivery driver and you’re thinking about using SkipcartDeliveryDriver please don’t you will get one delivery a day and that’s about it and I’m in a remotely extremely populated area stick to a door dash or Uber eats

They’ll send out a notice to all drivers” $20 Bonus if you complete 6 deliveries today”. But it never shows up in your check.

I’m changing my review on this company and the name says it all. They rip off stores, customers and drivers with practiced ease. The customer service is the rudest I’ve ever seen getting immediately rude and replying with smart replies. They lie repeatedly and lack the ability to do simple math. Do not use or drive for this company unless you want to have your store look bad or pay out of pocket to make deliveries.

Spend hours waiting for an order and nothing. GPS doesn’t work most of the time. Just had an order get canceled because the gps didn’t work. I was at the store.

I received an email saying I can start driving but everytime I go to trouble signing in to create a new password it gives me a “uh-oh” message that says there’s been a problem and they’ll fix it. Everyday for the past week I have tried. I wrote an eamail as well and no response unfortunately.

Had SkipcartDeliveryDriver for 2 weeks and only ever seen 2 orders

I live about 20 minutes away from downtown Atlanta every time SkipcartDeliveryDriver tells me it’s busy or I see the green dots I waste my gas going out there thinking I’ll be able to make it back when I sit in green spots for over an hour with nothing
No money
No orders
No more wasted time
I wish they knew for certain before wasting peoples time bc it’s not guaranteed you’ll get an order just for being in the green zone (per SkipcartDeliveryDriver )
Make it to where I’m busy downtown like Uber eats

Well just deleted my skipcart app and thank god I did they are the worst company to work for, or I should say be constantly harassed. I don’t want to get to long winded but the employees are awful if you don’t do exactly as they say they threaten you to suspend your account, first of all I do this when it’s convenient for me to make a little extra money not be belittled by some coward you can’t even speak with except through messenger. There is no number for customer service to speak with someone so if they owe you money good luck trying to get it. My advice stay away it’s not worth the aggravation.

I think we need to see full mileage in advance, not just store to customer

I liked the old app and the way it work, like you could see how much you had made in a day. I did 3 deliveries and had to wait till the next morning too see how much I had mad from the previous day. That’s really my only complaint with the new app.

In Tampa and or Brandon Florida I can’t get work? Been on for days 3 days one delivery ????

I just got hired as a skip cart employee and have been online all day and got 1 single order that I am not able to cash out. Also I looked for customer service and I was not able to find anything to contact you so I’m writing here. Hope to get more orders in a day other than 1.

I can’t give a fair review because I haven’t gotten enough orders to really experience SkipcartDeliveryDriver maybe it just depends on the market in your area my area not so great

The old app was better. Needs an update to be able to see deliveries again. Otherwise great app

I try to drive during the peak hours, but the new app they switched out for will have me searching for hours even in a hot zone. Hope they update soon.

When I go online it tells me to go inside a zone. When I look online it shows my city, but SkipcartDeliveryDriver fails to designate any boundary lines. I’m very confused. And when I zoom out I see zero boundary lines for the nation. I haven’t received any requests. So now what?

So far its ok. Ive gotten orders. But my only issue is if im in a highlight area I dont get a delivery. Soon as i drive away in different direction you send a order. But over all I like it. You make more if u get a catering order but overall good app. Works on my time

This is a great app and super easy to use. I love the flow of it and it makes deliveries super easy to navigate through. The earnings report is probably my favorite feature!

The old version gave locations of the pickups before offering you to be accepted. It was much better and was the only way I could make decent money. It’s ok and sometimes not even good. The old app was much more driver friendly.

Been driving for Skipcart for the last year and this new app has definitely made life a lot easier!
