Scammed by skipcart driver. Ordered from Whataburger app never received order. Driver parked in front of my house 1.5 hours after food ordered, I then received a notification that food on the way, driver approaching, food delivered all at the same time. I have cameras around house never left their car. I had called whataburger 45 minutes earlier and they said food was picked up, I only live 5 minutes away. Not only did they steal the food they also committed fraud by going g through the motions on gos tracking to lie.
Hi I never received my order and driver stated it was delivered.

Well just deleted my skipcart app and thank god I did they are the worst company to work for, or I should say be constantly harassed. I don’t want to get to long winded but the employees are awful if you don’t do exactly as they say they threaten you to suspend your account, first of all I do this when it’s convenient for me to make a little extra money not be belittled by some coward you can’t even speak with except through messenger. There is no number for customer service to speak with someone so if they owe you money good luck trying to get it. My advice stay away it’s not worth the aggravation.

I’m changing my review on this company and the name says it all. They rip off stores, customers and drivers with practiced ease. The customer service is the rudest I’ve ever seen getting immediately rude and replying with smart replies. They lie repeatedly and lack the ability to do simple math. Do not use or drive for this company unless you want to have your store look bad or pay out of pocket to make deliveries.

I received an email saying I can start driving but everytime I go to trouble signing in to create a new password it gives me a “uh-oh” message that says there’s been a problem and they’ll fix it. Everyday for the past week I have tried. I wrote an eamail as well and no response unfortunately.
