Apparently the this app App needs “tokens” which causes Proposify to shut down if they are not “updated.” “Updated” means having to delete, reinstall, and re-login to Proposify . It’s a total pain and pathetically unnecessary. No other app requires a silly and useless token. Sheesh..

I want to love Proposify but over the many years I have used the desktop service, Proposify has only worked 10% of the time. It always shows that “token has expired” despite multiple reinstalls. Perhaps it’s just a little quirky, like the overall service itself but not particularly useful.

App has limited functionality which I could deal with but I constantly get the “token expired” notice. Then I have to remove and reinstall Proposify as there is no log out or other option to refresh the token. As a developer myself, this is bad form for the user experience and makes me not want to use it. So most of the time I don’t now..

It’s good for reference only. Can’t make any real edits, can’t use the actually send feature through Proposify . Also, you are not able to access any archived proposals. Metrics are very limited as to what you can see and what filters you can run. I usually end up just logging into this app through my phones web browser.

I love the desktop version. It makes my proposals look killer and I definitely land more clients. However, I’m super disappointed with Proposify . Almost no features work. I would gladly pay more money for an app that would crank out proposals like their web version does.

While Proposify is great for checking status, it has absolutely no functionality. You can’t send emails the same way, you can’t edit, you can’t send reminders, you can’t change status if needing archived.

Awesome app, I use it for invoicing and estimates. Having auto fill for clients is cool too, i don’t have to do too much but numbers, which also calculate themselves on Proposify . Try it out first took me 6 months to fully be able to operate and create my own forms but templates are cool for temporary use.

Proposify could be GREAT, but needs help. When a client signs you get a notification but the value is always showing $0? Also, get an error on every use (“token expired”) and even when the error clears the search only works 1/3 of the time.
