This is my 2nd attempt to get help with my account. I have a billing question that I need to speak to someone about. And, I have a question about a new flurry of mega #s of ads now which are new and I thought would be blocked. 906-241-7731. Call would be super best for these concerns, but I know I won't get one. A call could answer both in 45 seconds.

I have tried to update my account and can't. I can't send an email regarding being charged twice for Ad Blocker plus an additional $23 charge i don't know what it is for. I am still getting ads I don't want. Not happy the customer service is impossible to contact.

I mistakenly ordered TotalAdblock in late December and charged the fee you asked for 0f $19. In early January I discovered that you had charged me $39 and a few days later you charged me $29 (both of which I did not authorize. I then attempted to cancel Total Adblock and apparently did because all of a sudden, You notified me I had 7 viruses and several things had been uBlocked, I ended up taking my computer to Geek Squad which got me working properly!!! I respectfully request that you REFUND to me the total sum of $87.00 which had been paid to you by Discover for absolutely nothing but another expense to the Geek squad and a lot of headaches! Please respond!!

The most annoying ad block company ever -- ADBLOCK pops up constantly. DO NOT EVER CLICK ON THEM. THEY ARE THE PROBLEM.

I was charged twice, once on 4/3/2023 $39.00 and again on 9/15/2023 for $29.26. I don't want the program and would like it removed from my desktop and also my funds returned.

I am having a problem with TOTALADBLOCK Fareham and TOTALADBLOCK WATERLOOVILLE. The one Fareham charged my card ending in 9794 twice for $29.00 each, and the WATERLOOVILLE charge me once for $39.00 on 07/01/2023. I would like to get a refund for all three charges.

My CU is reporting possible fraud with Total Adblocker. The say I signed up for a trial back in May and have been taking money out of my account since then. But the ad blocking never happened and the worst pop up ad is for total adblocker. It constantly reminds me of the service being expired. They do not take phone calls and the wait is too long. The web page will not chat because they are too inexperienced they say

last march I received an email that my AdBlock was not being used, i restarted the blocker and it worked on everything BUT THE ADBLOCK POPUP STATING THAT MY ADBLOCK HAD EXPIRED. Go figure. it pops up constantly - most annoying. if you cannot fix it or tell me how to fix it without going to the geek squad, I will have to uninstall it and change my renewal status.

I paid for Ad Blocker and had it on my old PC which died. I want to have it loaded on my new PC. How do I do that without more cost?

Prior to having Adblock added to my browser There were no adds to block. As soon as I signed up for Adblock my screen was perpetually covered by notices from Adblock bragging about how many non-existent ads were being blocked. My Adblock subscription has since expired but now my computer screen is constantly covered with Adblock ads. Please get them the fuck off my computer.

You are the worst when it comes to unwanted ads and the taking hostage of my computer use. You have no phone numbers nor do you have an actual email. You keep changing the name of your company and billing me every other month! I am now going to file a complaint with The Better Business Bureau and the FCC.

I HAD CANCELLED TOTAL AD BLOCK on January 13th, 2023 due to issues with my computer, verified by my IT person, to which I had to pay $165.00 to resolve the issues. Please refund for $19.99 on 1/1/2023 and $29.00 on 12/31/2022 TOTAL $48.00

I used the Free Version as a starter. Some problems, but not big enough to avoid sign up of paid subscription. After I got everything done, I was asked to set up a password. I was shocked to see my password would be stored on Last Pass. I just got through closing my account on Last Pass...they got hacked. The magic three dots of Last Pass showed up on the lines of my name, e-mail address and something else. I had already given your company my personal information, including credit card. Now I feel exposed again. I absolutely want to close my Ad Blocker account. I feel like I was lead down a road of no return. Awful feeling.

Friday I was trying to block ads on Naples.net and got a drop down menu asking something so I moved the bar and my entire screen went blue; now I can't retrieve any email on that site. What's going on and how do I access it now? I need help and prefer to talk to someone as I am not very proficient. This is irritating when I can't get help and can't access my site. 1-7-23

You are billing me for services I cancelled months ago. I have copies of the emails we exchanged reiterating my order to change. I never used your service so I expect a full refund as quickly as possible.

I had Ad Remover on my laptop when a local tech put Windows 10 on my laptop. It was like I had a whole new computer. I'm still trying to learn how to use it. I don't know what happened to my Ad Remover. It was supposed to last till about February. I can't buy it again right now, just after Christmas. Would you please check into that for me.

I am an AdBlocker subscriber. Unfortunately it seems that I have acquired a virus where an AD Blocker banner pops up every 10 or 15 seconds on my screen. First, it's ironic that your companies banner pops up when you guys are supposed to be preventing ads and it's annoying for all the obviousl reasons. How do I get rid of this problem? I had questions on my last subscription that adblocker worked fine except for my Microsoft applications where all the advertisements came in. When I have not had that problem explained how to solve the Microsoft problem. I would like to hear how that will be solved.
