It feels Like every time it comes time to withdraw money I always have to contact someone from Customer Support (Which almost never get back with you) which I am tired can I have just 1 Deposit go through without having to contact UnderdogFantasySports for assistance.

Why would Apple allow UnderdogFantasySports in it’s App Store? I contacted Underdog support 3 times no one has responded. I requested to withdraw my $100 dollars I was told it would be directed to my pay pal account and while the $100 is no longer in my Underdog balance, my pay pal account has NO activity or deposit from this company. Also the $100 has officially been charged to my credit card it is no longer pending. I disputed it and am crossing my fingers. THIEVES…CROOKS, stay away at all costs

Be careful bros! I’ve been using underdog for quite a while and I had no issues with UnderdogFantasySports . Actually I’ve even recommended to a few people. I checked my PayPal and nothing! I contacted “Underdog Support Team” (LOL)! And have not received any help regarding my fraud situation. I made an “unauthorized purchase claim” to my bank and luckily I will receive my payment back. Worst app I’ve ever placed betting on and would definitely not recommend to my worst enemy. I played back when this developer came up with playdraft. I had over $20 grand in winnings on UnderdogFantasySports that no longer exists because the sell outs gave it to FanDuel. Originally I thought: hey, good for them!

Was happy to include my girlfriend for one single draft the night before kickoff so we could try it out together. These jerks freezed both our accounts the morning after, then I was livid. I have done drafts with others that used my referral links before (so yeah, I’m such a sucker I even brought them business). They mentioned that I drafted with someone using my referral link as justification for my frozen account. It was a $5 qualifier draft this time. Her trying it out did not benefit me in any sense of the imagination more than it did the other 10 in the QUALIFYING contest with us.

Be careful, they could turn on you too. I was shocked myself. Run away from this developer before his team’s egregious handling of a small and innocent situation causes termination of your entire account, despite your reaching out with the best intentions.

What is the point of playing fantasy football without being able to enjoy experiences with friends? To be treated like dirt? That’s what underdog exemplifies given their email exchanges with me.

First off its a good app that definitely fits a niche which is parlay prop bets. The major problem I have is that they are charging a massive rake on this bets. I’ve been using UnderdogFantasySports over a week now and honestly, it’s a pretty fair app. I haven’t won much money but that’s not the apps fault, I just made the wrong choices. Everything is built perfectly for my Apple devices. Big and bold. The first minute I used it I knew I liked it. And as the contests started, and I saw how well they show the current scoring status for your player selections, I was hooked.

The user interface is extremely friendly to use. The game choices are different than other sportsbook app and fantasy leagues. The ability to share your bet slip with your friends gives the power of going in on a pick em’ with the community. Altogether a fun experience and highly recommended!!

It’s centered around best ball from what I can tell (Fantasy Football at least) but it offers great best ball lobbies and good payout structures. The user interface is solid - still some room for improvement (for example, in NBA best ball, currently it only shows the points scored for the players who’s scores are counting tow... This site is ripping people off and it’s time to take legal action here. You can’t allow customers to max enter a best ball tournament and invest over 3k and then after week 10 say your account is blocked . Why? No email or reason to explain why this is happening. This site needs to be shut down here if this situation continues. You can’t get away with a ten million dollar guarantee that’s advertised and promoted on tv with ads or Adam Leviton (etr) also promoting this site as pros maybe only ones who don’t get accounts shut down apparently. Very suspicious how people ( pros) can endorse this site with no accountability or response to emails etc. unless it’s beneficial to them. No other reason or explanation here. People are getting scammed and ripped off here. It will be exposed and those associated will be punished as well. It’s clear they have a license to steal money here as the proof will show. The largest law firms in NYC will line up to take this case or file injunction to stop and desist contents till accounts are restored. They need to explain what’s happening here. Hiding behind a site that doesn’t respond to emails when issues occur is suspicious to say the least. No refund just take your money after 10 weeks of best ball tournament results then ban accounts that are highly likely to cash or win top prize. Attorney general needs to get involved also here. Voices need to be heard and people need to speak up. Surely this is wide spread occurrence here. Only pros seem to be able to cash or withdraw here. Contests are rigged. You pay to draft but get shut out from drafting and end up with a lineup that their computer algorithm drafts for you. Payouts are SLOW. NO customer service. This is another crooked DFS site making huge $$$ scamming those not in the know.
