This is the second time asking this. No problem just a question? How do I fast forward when watching a replay? I am forced to keep hitting the fast forward button continually on my ROKU remote. Is there a faster way to do it rather then spending 10 mins. clicking the button. Other then that -- love the programing!

I have a TCL Roku smart TV that I watch Dirtvision on. I recently updated the new Dirtvision app and renewed my subscription and now when I select a live events to watch I get a double screen that prompts me to press enter to go to full screen. When doing that my screen goes black. I've checked to see if all apps are updated on the TV wihch they are. I have tried everything that Roku suggest doing but nothing works to resolve the problem. Ive been watching Dirtvision for a couple of years on this TV with no problems until updating the new app. Is the TV not compatible with new app???

I purchased a race on Dirtvision TV app on 08/01/2021 and was charged $39.00 and no race actually played. All that was viewable was a blank, black screen and no sound. The viewing window made it appear as if it was playing but there was nothing shown. Reloaded the app on the TV. Used web connection for selected events for several years using an iPad (no app) and IOS AirPlay to a Smart TV. I now hoped to use streaming through my AppleTV devices with DirtVision’s app. No luck. Can setup account but App Screens are hokey, not logical, slow and can’t find setup/setting for credit card entry or a PPV button to buy this week’s races. No phone # for support. Very unprofessional ill-designed app in the opinion of this very experienced user with the best of equipment and network. They just lost this $125 sale and surely many more.

I love watching the races live but when I can’t I use DIRTVision and the camera people displaying of the cars has yet to be desired !!!’ you see either two cars racing around the track or the back end of the track .., never the whole race track and in it’s entirety never the front row very poor video of the races..,For the money you pay for the subscription getting better video quality

I loved the app and now I’m being charged for a service I can’t use. When the “app”/ service was updated in Aug I was locked out of the account. Still being charged though I couldn’t watch anything. Now I have access to the app but I have to subscribe to watch, though I’m already paying… I’m sure it’s a glitch but super frustrating. Having watching a race since the update and still out the cash.
