I have been a Member all year and now that I want to watch the World Finals I am Unable to recieve the feed all i get is the daytime Hanna Newhouse broadcast but no races.

I have paid for the yearly subscription and tonight i am trying to watch the knoxvill nationals and app on my tv is telling that i haven't paid for this.

I have a TCL Roku smart TV that I watch Dirtvision on. I recently updated the new Dirtvision app and renewed my subscription and now when I select a live events to watch I get a double screen that prompts me to press enter to go to full screen. When doing that my screen goes black. I've checked to see if all apps are updated on the TV wihch they are. I have tried everything that Roku suggest doing but nothing works to resolve the problem. Ive been watching Dirtvision for a couple of years on this TV with no problems until updating the new app. Is the TV not compatible with new app???

I am a paying customer and ever since you made it easier for us ,I am not receiving dirt vision. I tried to do as I was told, however I am pretty computer dumb. Hell, I don't even have a cell phone. I got it fine until you made it easier for me.

I had purchased DIRTVision and I can watch it on my phone when I go onto my fire stick it is all locked I subscribe to watch it on my tv not my phone

I didn't pay 50 bucks for natl to watch a corner of a track during red where there was nothing going on. You didn't show any part of the wreck.

Now I am on my second day trying to subscribe to your channel. I'm not sure how you all stay in business. I just got off the phone with my credit card company and they say there's no problem on their end.

I paid my annual subscription on Aug 16, 2021 in the amount of 322.11. Every month thereafter my bank account has been billed 39.99 every month since that date. I have sent eMails numerous times but cannot seems to get this corrected. I see I was billed 39.99 on Aug 15 just a few days ago. I am still on the annual plan. Please help me with this problem.

I purchased a race on Dirtvision TV app on 08/01/2021 and was charged $39.00 and no race actually played. All that was viewable was a blank, black screen and no sound. The viewing window made it appear as if it was playing but there was nothing shown. Reloaded the app on the TV. Also tried the website which said I had not purchased the race, even though I was logged in with my same account. I would like a refund of the $39.00 charged as there was no race viewable. The Mastercard reference number for the charge is 00724741. Thank you
