The folks that are picking up the trash now or doing a wonderful job. However, I do not know if it’s your responsibility or not but when are they all recycle containers going to be picked up. First they said it would be October 1, then they said to put it out on your normal recycle day which for us is Wednesday. I did that and it still was not picked up. I called our waste company and they said to leave it outside until the recycle day and then put it out by the curb. I have done that still no one has picked the container up. Please provide us with the information as to when they will be picked up.

I’ve lived in several cities and even was responsible for the rates for the sanitation department in one. I haven’t seen service this great since the 70’s! In a time when so many seem to be just doing the minimum in the workplace, I have found everyone ( in the office and in the truck to be absolutely outstanding! Great job ladies and gentlemen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One time our block was missed for a recycle pick up. I sent an email to frontier recycle and received a response quickly and the next morning the recycle was picked up. I also love the reminders each day before a pick up to have the garbage out or recycle out. Very happy with the service! Thank you

Thank you for the reminders the day prior to picking up trash and for doing so early on collection day. Since your company began serving our community, pick-up has been flawless.

The only reason I am giving this company 3 stars is the fact that they don’t show up when they say they will. Our recycle is suppose to be on the same day as our trash pick up but yet they don’t show up. So our street is lined with bags sometimes for days just waiting for them to show up.

Service is good and scheduled twice a week. in the last few months there has been missed pickups especially the recycle bins. I make contact with the office and it gets picked up a few days late. not sure how our street gets missed.

We had bundles of branches and cut logs set at the street yesterday. I was so pleased to see your employees pick everything up. They were friendly and appreciative of the Gatorade my son gave them.

Convenient and easy to use. I appreciate the reminders as well as the ability to set up heavy pickup.

The reminders are so helpful! FrontierWaste is wonderful and my child loves learning what goes where on the apps game!

Slow to respond to messages and mediocre service. They have changed days on us with less than a week notice. They also began requiring a specific cart in our area. It has been 3 weeks and they have yet to deliver my cart. Looking into other options.

Just switched over from Waste Management. So far so good! I love FrontierWaste and that they contact me as a little reminder of trash day each week. Keep up the good work Frontier!!!🚛🚛🚛🚛🚛

Like the reminders, am happy with service.

At first I had no issues with FrontierWaste, now I do not get notifications and it will not locate my address or others around me. I have report the glitch many times and only once did I get a response but no follow up. The one star is for FrontierWaste , not the company.

App is good at reminding us to take the trash to the road! Thanks for that. Great app for scheduling too.

The website is awful, too. NO information that is valid to your account, your particular service, what is offered, pricing, your account number. Frustrating at the least.
