Slow to respond to messages and mediocre service. They have changed days on us with less than a week notice. They also began requiring a specific cart in our area. It has been 3 weeks and they have yet to deliver my cart. Looking into other options.
The website is awful, too. NO information that is valid to your account, your particular service, what is offered, pricing, your account number. Frustrating at the least.
At first I had no issues with FrontierWaste, now I do not get notifications and it will not locate my address or others around me. I have report the glitch many times and only once did I get a response but no follow up. The one star is for FrontierWaste , not the company.
This is the third time on a Saturday that the trash has not been picked up. I had the van out there by 630 am. And it still has not been collected
The only reason I am giving this company 3 stars is the fact that they donβt show up when they say they will. Our recycle is suppose to be on the same day as our trash pick up but yet they donβt show up. So our street is lined with bags sometimes for days just waiting for them to show up.

Just switched over from Waste Management. So far so good! I love FrontierWaste and that they contact me as a little reminder of trash day each week. Keep up the good work Frontier!!!πππππ
The folks that are picking up the trash now or doing a wonderful job. However, I do not know if itβs your responsibility or not but when are they all recycle containers going to be picked up. First they said it would be October 1, then they said to put it out on your normal recycle day which for us is Wednesday. I did that and it still was not picked up. I called our waste company and they said to leave it outside until the recycle day and then put it out by the curb. I have done that still no one has picked the container up. Please provide us with the information as to when they will be picked up.
Service is good and scheduled twice a week. in the last few months there has been missed pickups especially the recycle bins. I make contact with the office and it gets picked up a few days late. not sure how our street gets missed.
The reminders are so helpful! FrontierWaste is wonderful and my child loves learning what goes where on the apps game!

Iβve lived in several cities and even was responsible for the rates for the sanitation department in one. I havenβt seen service this great since the 70βs! In a time when so many seem to be just doing the minimum in the workplace, I have found everyone ( in the office and in the truck to be absolutely outstanding! We had bundles of branches and cut logs set at the street yesterday. I was so pleased to see your employees pick everything up. They were friendly and appreciative of the Gatorade my son gave them.

One time our block was missed for a recycle pick up. I sent an email to frontier recycle and received a response quickly and the next morning the recycle was picked up. I also love the reminders each day before a pick up to have the garbage out or recycle out. Very happy with the service! Thank you

I was skeptical when I downloaded FrontierWaste but was pleasantly surprised that they listed phone numbers in case of any questions. I tried a number and was immediately answered by a live person who was familiar with the area, the policies and the schedules. She was able to answer my questions completely. Good job Frontier!
Frontier has had our community in Pearland TX for some time now. The very first time we had a missed pickup, I used FrontierWaste to report it.
The next day, not our normal day, a team arrived and serviced our area.
