The calendar isn’t working properly. It shows recycling as every week when it is actually every other week, making the calendar function more or less useless. This is a known error.

I have had quite a few issues with the Homer branch. We have had the dumpster for a few months now and they not dumped the entire time I have had the dumpster despite calling multiple times. I have had to pay to plow the area where the dumpster is to make it available for pickup but the truck never shows up and I never get a call for reasons why I've called several times to have them tell me that we don't have an account and that we need to set one up which I have now completed three times. This last time I called to try to get it resolved and the woman just got frustrated me accused me of yelling at her. Received multiple excuses about bad road conditions that simply were not true other services make it up by Road without issue. I didn't feel like the issue was ever going to be resolved so I just canceled my service I wish this wasn't the case and I hope it gets resolved in the future.
