I have had very good service from County Waste - the staff are always attentive to your needs and never miss a pick up. They keep in touch with the customer base on all levels. If there is a problem with pick up service, County Waste notifies customers on a regular basis. Their notification app is a veey good tool to remind us of pick up times and dates. I recommend County Waste.

My regular pickup was somehow missed. I used the county waste app to report it. I immediately received an email telling me I would have my trash picked up within 24-48 hrs. True to their word. They picked up my trash. I was pleasantly surprised as it was already Saturday morning and I didn’t think they would come. Thank you county waste 😊

If I Have Any Issues, The Customer Service Team Is All Over It And Solving My Issues.
I Get Up Dates On Any Change On The Pickup Service Due To A Holiday Or Bad
Weather And Reminders Of When To Put Out My Trash And Recycling Cans.
