SoberBuddy hasn’t worked properly, it’s very glitchy, and I tried to delete my account and it continuously says error and try again later. I’m concerned about my information, and there’s no support contact.

Days..just a cpl DAYS before I reached 1 YEAR SOBER.. I cant even tell you the EXACT DATE now, that would have been MY YEAR, because I trusted SoberBuddy to keep count☹️
I opened SoberBuddy today & it had completely deleted my status
-wanting me to "officially" register & sign up for SoberBuddy :-/
So I lost the count of my days hours mins seconds sober that were almost at a year.
It checked in on me DAILY & for the past 12 months & I always had this cute little sober monster that kept track & showed how long I'd been sober- then to just erase my status like that..😟 I was SO looking forward to opening up that app & seeing that little monster pointing down at 1 Year : (
I think I'll go for a drink on this one.
No, but I'm most definitely deleting SoberBuddy. Could not imagine a way to disappoint a user more so than that

I was using this to help track my sober days. It came with a free base plan where I could track my days and have access to certain resources. I’ve had this for over 3-4 months and suddenly when I logged in it decided I needed to sign up for a subscription. This is unfortunate as I do not need any of the other services I was just trying to track the days. I’ve uninstalled and moved on to something different now.

Confusing and frustrating. I tried to sign up for membership and it took the second app to figure it out since it doesn’t tell you how In the first app. Then it keeps glitching and signing me
Out to make me redo the “purchase” over and over to keep signing me out. I couldn’t even access anything even when it said I was already subscribed.

Tomorrow is 3 years sober for me and I went to log into SoberBuddy and it suddenly wants me to pay to see my clean time! I’ve been using SoberBuddy for over a year and recommended it to others because it was free. Now I’m deleting SoberBuddy because I can’t afford to pay just to see how long I’ve been sober. I’m very disappointed

Let me start with, this helped me go 14 days for the first time in my life and I appreciate it. I loved it at first, but after a while, the challenges and (more specifically) the journaling became very redundant. There were some journals I didn’t want to do, but couldn’t skip it. I’d use this again if they improved this.

Amazing app that allows you to be interactive and uniquely engaged with your recovery! Very user-friendly and love the challenges!!

Easy to use and very encouraging. Love the inspiration characters and practical challenges that help me get through my day successfully.

I really love SoberBuddy. It helped me so much for the first few months getting sober from alcohol and marijuana.

After a relapse 3 years into recovery, I was desperately looking for something, anything that would help get me past it. Not sure what the deal is. I live SoberBuddy and have used before, but now it will not allow me to access without doing the free trial. I don’t want to sign up for and because of that I can’t use it. It keeps promoting me to sign up every time I login and can’t get to my check in. Very annoying

I’m so glad I ran into SoberBuddy and it helps me every single day. The fact that there’s daily challenges is a plus, including all the extra information you get within a challenge.

Next month will be 2 years sober!!! I just recently downloaded the app. I wish I would’ve had SoberBuddy sooner. I love how daily I get inspirational quotes and activities. I would highly recommend to anyone sober curious , just starting out , or even have years sober! Thank you sober buddy!

First of all SoberBuddy I think is really best if you’re actually aiming to stop - not just reduce or thinking about it. I LOVE answering YES to the question whether I’ve remained sober and seeing Buddy have a celebration.

The Challenges truly help more than I ever could imagine. They are “simple”
But make a huge difference. And you can turn down a challenge if it doesn’t fit and it will give you something else.

I love the happy fun interface. And whether you answer “bad” “okay” or “great” to how you’re feeling it has a nice answer to help me through and make the mountain feel smaller.

SoberBuddy has been a lot of fun for the first few days of sobriety. I think it’s a useful tool for keeping your goals ahead of you and your mind occupied on other things. SoberBuddy had some functionality issue after iOS 14 update. Developer feedback helped to solve the issue. I can add app support and response to the series of pro’s for SoberBuddy.

Sobriety is hard with a world full of drugs; some days are easier than the others! I think the hardest part of it all are the looks you get & the judgement they pass that seems to linger like a dark cloud! Staring to see if your high or if today you chose to stay sober! Sober buddy is simple helps keep up with the days

I love the challenges they give, and SoberBuddy had me make list which have really helped me. I’ve gone back to them several times.
But my favorite feature is every day Buddy asks me how I’m doing and then gives me a warm response. I love that!
