I recently downloaded the Braindom 4 app, which I was excited about because I love the Braindom games. However, this app has given me so much trouble. It will freeze when I have completed a level and the green checkmark shows. It will not change screens and I will need to close the app and restart. That occurs on most levels. Also, after I complete a level, and the add begins, it will instead show a black screen with a small x in the corner, but it does not close the add or change at all. I spend more time closing and restarting the app than I do playing the games. I look for updates in hopes it will help, but nothing yet. Thanks, Lori Thompson

How to fix Braindom app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Braindom app on iPhone
Update Braindom app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Braindom iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Braindom on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Braindom network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Braindom Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Braindom not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Braindom App
1. On android, goto Settings » Braindom » click [Force Stop]

Update Braindom to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Braindom App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Braindom » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Braindom.

Fix Braindom unable to contact server/ Braindom internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Braindom » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Braindom » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Braindom
