They tell you on the phone that you are approved.. but the online process is currently down so you have to come in person..
An hours drive later they sit you in a small room with the door closed for 30 mins before talking to you..then offer you a bigger loan that you didn’t want…
Once you turn that down they tell you that this small loan isn’t a signature loan.. and want a list of your personal property…
I listed a vehicle but since it wasn’t there for them to see they wanted more items to list..
Tv computer system game system lawnmower all equaling far greater value than the small loan I applied for..all items are listed so that they can take possessions of in case you are late… i don’t think so… keep your money I don’t need it that bad

Always having issues with MarinerFinance were I have to revert to going back to their website and making sure my payment went through. Tried making a payment through app only to find out it did go through and had to check website and call a rep to make sure payment was made. App also would not let me log in after making a payment. Please fix. Until then I have to make payments through website or call rep.

MarinerFinance is easy to navigate and easy to update payment methods. After making updates, it was easy to pay my bill.
Will continue to use MarinerFinance when needed.

It took me a few times, before it would kick into my debit card, but after 3/4 times, I finally got it… LoL, thanks…. This time was much easier than the last time. Thank-you, JillSapone

They are great people been with them for a few years and they have always helped us anyway they could very great company to do business with. Ya don’t have to take my word for them and there company go do business with them and see for yourself there great people .

I like that it tells you exactly what your qualified for, and the process online is fast convenient & efficient definitely will continue to do business with this company!!

I have no problem making my payment online every month.
I also have no problem checking my account on the website.

Easy to use, clean and straight forward app and I love the fact that all the payment info linked over from the site once you log in. Makes my bill pay much easier.

The best place to go for help. They keep everything plain and simple, and the process is quick and easy and the payments are very reasonable. I have only high praises for them.

MarinerFinance is so much better than trying to get someone to answer the phone and assist me in Denton, Texas. Those people have no clue of what they are doing!!!! I have had issues every time I try to call! Can not even get them on the phone!!!!

Wow! MarinerFinance is awesome! You guys were overdue for an app and y’all nailed it. Everything that I would need to do on my account is here on MarinerFinance . It is so much more convenient and now I can log onto my account more often than I would have before. Great job 👏🏾

I love that I can utilize my default payment option quickly just by selecting the center icon at the bottom of screen after the initial set up. This will make my next payments so much quicker 😃

Merly Rosario was awesome! She explained everything very well and offered me the Home and Auto protection which came in very handy at this time that I needed to get a rental because I had just had a car accident and need to get my car repaired. The loan process was stress free and was approved and paid quick.

I have used a lot of apps and this one does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Whoever designed MarinerFinance did a great job. As far as the finance company goes, I would recommend it to anyone with the need to borrow money for any reason. They have been real good to me and I’m sure they treat everyone with courtesy and respect.

I have tried with other places for loans wish they had been as simple as your all on line application I wish I had come to you all sooner I don’t think there is anything you need to change for me it was 100% perfect

This is a well developed app. Super easy to set up, went through the menu items; it’s very easy to navigate, make payments. Also offer some courses for your finance is very thoughtful. Great job!!

Wow, Mariner knocked it out of the park on their first try. App is well laid out and easy to navigate, while being super fast. Can’t find anything I’d improve on it.
