Loan office is a joke

They tell you on the phone that you are approved.. but the online process is currently down so you have to come in person..
An hours drive later they sit you in a small room with the door closed for 30 mins before talking to you..then offer you a bigger loan that you didn’t want…
Once you turn that down they tell you that this small loan isn’t a signature loan.. and want a list of your personal property…
I listed a vehicle but since it wasn’t there for them to see they wanted more items to list..
Tv computer system game system lawnmower all equaling far greater value than the small loan I applied for..all items are listed so that they can take possessions of in case you are late… i don’t think so… keep your money I don’t need it that bad
Won’t take payment

Always having issues with this app were I have to revert to going back to their website and making sure my payment went through. Tried making a payment through app only to find out it did go through and had to check website and call a rep to make sure payment was made. App also would not let me log in after making a payment. Please fix. Until then I have to make payments through website or call rep.
