In the photos of SingleDigitsONEHomeApp , it shows a “+” sign to add a device, but in reality there is no option for that in SingleDigitsONEHomeApp . I have to call every time I want to add a device and even then the wifi still does not work. SingleDigitsONEHomeApp has potential especially for the companies which utilize them for private wifi, but it is entirely inconvenient for the users themselves. Customer service is very kind and patient, but provides little help in the long run. It turns out to provide more of a hindrance than the luxury wifi features they advertise.

The internet these guys provide us absolute buns. Within the last 5 minutes, the internet has shut off 3 times. I restarted the router and restarted everything and the internet is still terrible. I am sick of getting kicked out of stuff 10 times a day. Can’t get any other internet either🤣

When you call for help, they always ask you do you have SingleDigitsONEHomeApp ? SingleDigitsONEHomeApp is blank you can’t do anything it’s so frustrating to be honest. My wifi mess up 3 days now I’ve been calling no one can help. They say we call you back and never call back. I am so disappointed with the service

This is the worst internet provider ever. Their app is absolutely horrible as well. The internet connection isn’t even strong enough to hold a zoom call.

I downloaded SingleDigitsONEHomeApp for the sole purpose of adding a device to my apartment’s community WiFi via MAC address. It worked without any complications.

Can’t access wifi, add devices, or do anything. Very poor set up and confusing. If I could give the negative stars I would.

The previous version of SingleDigitsONEHomeApp was unusable. Now I can actually add or delete devices, so it’s somewhat operational.

Can’t log in- won’t allow password reset. Needs major work

Everything about SingleDigitsONEHomeApp and it’s performance is awful. If your apartment uses SingleDigitsONEHomeApp - I am so sorry.

Can’t access Wi-Fi, can’t add devices... can’t do anything

My door code is not working, I’ve never used it and it’s been almost a week since I called them. I have reset my code 5 times.. this is ridiculous!

I can't set my own WIFI！！！

I have learned to expect nothing but mediocrity from Single Digits. SingleDigitsONEHomeApp is no exception. It literally does not have a new resident sign up screen. If you click the link having trouble signing in, then it takes you to a browser. I only have to use this, because the single digits erased my account, along with many other returning students. Now I have to re-enter the MAC address for all my devices. Again, not surprising given that they don’t even use security for their hotspots. This is a terrible company ripping off schools and students.
