2 years agoI tried to login my mobile app and it won’t let me. It wants me to register a new account. I have done too much on there for me to loose it all. What needs to be done…I have received emails stating you are the owner etc…please let me know asap

Problems signing in
When I fill the application says that there was a problem with my application, and doesn’t say what is the specific problem I tried a lot of times fixing and writing it again and nothing happened, they don’t even have a customer service to help in that case

Point Shop?
They updated to a point system, completely screwing people over, and there’s no points store to redeem the points. No instruction, just random points being added up that do nothing; it’s definitely considered false advertising at this point since they don’t update their application description. It’s a bit addicting
The compulsion isn’t why this app deserves 2 stars. 1. A minimum balance of $10 must remain in your account to withdraw anything. Essentially the app cost is $10 if there is no withdrawal if total funds. 2. Then there is the type-o’s. This is supposed to be an education application and I have found too many errors to count. 3. Where did all the reward redemption options go to?
