Напишите новую, качественную программу, возьмите самый крутой дизайн и ее дальше дорабатывайте, этот давно уже устарел! Послушайте один раз Умный совет! Это не такие Великие деньги! А народ только Вам спасибо скажет, да и Затраты ваши очень скоро Окупятся!
