Poor quality, waste of money
Very slow app. Annoyed that I paid for it and can’t even use most of the features unless I pay additional monthly fees. Also annoyed that there are so many obtrusive ads on SmartPillID - you’d expect that from a free app. Would not recommend!!

Identified my mystery pill
Had a few mystery pills lying around, it found most of them automatically. The last one was found with the manual entry search

Terrible
I work at a jail and needed something to identify pills and medication to see if it was either a controlled substance or a prescription med or contraband. I tried it on a few pills and it didn’t identify any of them. I then tried it on a Tylenol to see if it would even pick it up and it did not. Not worth $2.99.

Couldn’t identify an aspirin..
SmartPillID is not great, at all. I spent 10 dollars on it for a trial by accident so I then figured, since I already wasted my money, might as well use it! I tried to identify an aspirin, it gave zero matches to be found. What? How. It’s a simple pill. Nothing crazy. 🤔

This is either a fake app or the worse app ever. I deleted SmartPillID i less than 3 minutes when it failed to identify ANY of my medications. Instead, they wanted more money for a monthly fee. Just awful

Don’t buy this. I tried multiple times with many different pills to use the image recognition and not a single one of them was able to identify.
Don’t buy this trash. I wasted 3 dollars on this.

Don’t waste your money
I was only able to ID One pill out of 10 attempted. Then it wants me to upgrade to either $4.99 a month or $9.99 a month when the $.99 cent version doesn’t work

Very poor quality
Don’t waste your money. I was unable to identify one pill. I wish I never bought it. And the drug Bible is worse. It locks up all the time. This is a complete waste

Did not identify the two pills that I tried.
Also, this is a paid app and also a subscription app. I don’t want to pay, then pay again.

Way too many ads, constant intrusive pop ups
Limits the apps usefulness considerably as it throws up pop ups constantly while trying to identity pills

Over Charged
I got billed $1 more for app than what was listed in SmartPillID Store and I can’t get it corrected. In addition SmartPillID does not work to identify my pills.
