GoDaddy Conversations Reviews

I was really hoping GoDaddyConversations would work so I don’t have to constantly check emails from the website. But every time I sign in, it just crashes and goes back to the sign in page. I spent three hours on hold trying to get through to someone a GoDaddy about this problem. After three hours avoiding someone finally did talk to me and it was determined there was some sort of bug or glitch. They said they would get back to me within three days but no one ever did. GoDaddyConversations is useless. Can’t even open it. Tried it on iPhone, iPad and a friend’s iPhone. Uninstalled and reinstalled it several times with the tech person on the phone.

Multiple issues: signs out within a few seconds, (2) not connecting and showing conversations that are in the desktop conversations dashboard, (3) can’t change the email address notifications are sent to. The contact form leads from my website go to my business email address, but I can’t change the chat leads from going to my personal login email. Frustrating. And no, I don’t want to change my login email to the desired chat notification email. I should be able to add whatever email address I want, especially ones included in my GoDaddy account.

I pid $179 to upgrade to website builder + marketing and chat option was one of the most important feature, the convenience of being able to reply from your phone to people who visit my website and have a question. GoDaddyConversations is not showing my current website, I contacted support and all they keep saying is to reinstall GoDaddyConversations which I did 2 times and now their rep Vignesh is saying it must be a bug in their app, how does that justify me paying so much money to buggy app? I am NOT at all happy. I chose Godaddy over sqaurespace and regret it.

I seriously been trying for 3 weeks straight trying to just simply log into GoDaddyConversations to reply to my customers. I have contacted the email that has been posted and have yet to be responded to. I’ve done undownloaded and redownloaded GoDaddyConversations and still just simply continue to attempt to load.

Incredibly frustrating app that does NOT WORK!
I have it connected via a godaddy website page for my business and cannot see or respond to messages. I love my go daddy website but they really need to fix this issue or just delete this horrible app.

GoDaddyConversations was great but as of lately it’s very slow, won’t load and open even when I’m on wfii. I really wish they would fix the issues with GoDaddyConversations, I’ve been using it for since 2020 and it’s now 2022 same issues finally an update today and it still didn’t help.

I’ve emailed you guys more than once you haven’t answered me GoDaddyConversations stinks because you cannot add more than one website chat to GoDaddyConversations your customer service team is not helpful either on top of that I have emailed you at the email address and no one answered me back you have the have the worst customer service ever. Your reply is wrong !

I made my godaddy account by connecting it to my google account online and GoDaddyConversations doesn’t have that option for me to log in so I can’t use it unless they fix that.

Couldn’t even try it out. You log in, five seconds later, it logs you out automatically.

I thought it was because I had an open session on my desktop. I logged out of there, tried again. But still the same issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled GoDaddyConversations , restarted my phone, still same issue. Please fix!

I get auto signed out everytime I log into GoDaddyConversations . It’s unusable to me at this point.

I downloaded GoDaddyConversations to manage customer questions for my business, yet despite logging in, I am forced out of GoDaddyConversations . Every-time without fail. GoDaddyConversations seems like it would work well, but I’m not actually able to do anything within the 5 to 7 seconds I’m allowed to be logged in. Hope I get some help with this.

Perfect integration of messages from multiple messaging channels. Easy to use .

Live the phone service option!

I find this to be very helpful and as far as functionality, quite stable.

Great way to connect without giving out my personal phone number for my business.

I didn’t even know that this feature was available until I explored my dashboard a little further. I am hooked. What an awesome feature!!

GoDaddyConversations makes it very easy to communicate with our patients. Now we only use one app instead of using Facebook Instagram and so forth.

I love how I can keep all my business calls and personal calls separate without any confusion. I highly recommend!

Now that I know how to get the messages I love it . Go daddy should follow up when we sign up . I still don’t get email notifications but for months o never even knew I was getting messages because it was not configured properly

Keeps my business text messages separate from my personal life etc… I would highly recommend it to anyone with a small business either online or in person. Definitely easier to balance.

I have been trying to see my customers message from 2 weeks and GoDaddyConversations just keep saying loading

I receive messages from my customer but I can’t even reply because it’s taking FOREVER to load. Ridiculous!

I gave GoDaddyConversations 3 stars because I missed my new client’s message and I can no longer respond when it expired.

I can’t say enough about how awesome GoDaddy products are!

I am using web+marketing+boutique but I cannot get access to Conversations. I have only access to mail or blog. My client number is 457894230. What should I do as it is important for me to have feedback from my clients? Thanks for your help. Gino
