    Bad, just bad.

    Community supposedly is all about “directly connecting” and “data ownership” but I can’t even export the phone numbers of the people that are connecting with ME. Community owns the relationship, and if they go out of business, you just lost everything. The app is also like txting from 2005. People that think that green bubble texting is the future are crazy. 1000 text platform apps exist outside of community, why not use one of them? They have more features, less control over your data.. i don’t get the hype, I mean SHAQ USED IT OMGGG (95% of the celebs that did use it for that “hype week” don’t use it anymore) They’ll run out of VC money soon enough, just try and make sure they don’t have all the phone numbers for your clients locked away.

    Needs a few basic functions

    Love the app and I love how useful it is. A few things that will help improve it is being able to actually get notifications when we get a new message as well as notifications for our followers birthdays.

    Needs attention and communication with users

    The app promised a lot, but without any notifications you can end up looking like a fool to someone of your most passionate fans. Or you end up checking the app way too often to check and see if you’re neglecting a question. Also you have no way of exporting the info so you build the audience and Community owns it all. Biggest sin of all is that they don’t tweet or email updates about where the app is going. But they keep processing monthly payments.

    This takes texting to the next level. No better and more efficient way to communicate than via text. Super easy to use with incredible features to optimize the way you interact with your contacts and create genuine connections.

    Utterly game-changing

    You know how we were all fine taking taxis until Uber and Lyft came along? We have all been fine letting FB and Twitter and YT sell our data, inundate us with ads, allow trolls to run rampant... enter Community. No data exploitation, no algorithms, no ads, no toxicity. Just texting.

    Essential Tool

    Love this app. Finally a tool for me to message with smaller groups and to actually target specific messages to specific communities. Makes the relationship so much more effective and intimate.

    Still Needs Work

    I love the idea of Community. However, it still has flaws. There is no option for push notifications, the app crashes often on the latest iOS, and bugs continue to be an issue.

    Phone numbers

    I would love to use this app, but I can’t. I have an iPad and you have to have a phone number in order to create an account. If they could make phone numbers optional and not mandatory that would be great. I use my email address for iMessage so I can still receive texts that way. If this could be changed that would be great. Thanks!

    Easy to use

    It’s like texting but on steroids. Great for people with networks, internal communication or an audience. Super easy to use!

    App is fine, but support is awful.

    I forgot my password. No matter how many times I try to have it send the reset password email, it never does. A few says passed, and I tried emailing every support email I could find. No answer. It has easily been 2 week and I am still not getting an answer.

    Good idea, to many restrictions

    The idea of this is great, but there are far to many rules and regulations for this to thrive. Especially for the common business person and not a celebrity with high volume. Expensive, not user friendly, restrictive

    Improvement Request

    AWESOME APP I gave it 3 stars for 2 reasons: 1. No notifications for new texts 2. Can’t see the names of people celebrating their birthdays. It’d be nice to see so we can make the message even more personal than just “happy birthday”

    They quoted me $99 per month, as their lowest tier, for those with a few thousand followers.
