this app supposedly is all about “directly connecting” and “data ownership” but I can’t even export the phone numbers of the people that are connecting with ME. this app owns the relationship, and if they go out of business, you just lost everything.

Community is also like txting from 2005. People that think that green bubble texting is the future are crazy. 1000 text platform apps exist outside of this app, why not use one of them? They have more features, less control over your data.. i don’t get the hype, I mean SHAQ USED IT OMGGG (95% of the celebs that did use it for that “hype week” don’t use it anymore)

They’ll run out of VC money soon enough, just try and make sure they don’t have all the phone numbers for your clients locked away.

Community not only asks for private information that I don’t even tell my CLOSEST friends but makes me pay money amounts that I don’t even pay for my daily needs, Community can seriously do you guys harm Community is unsecure and wants possession over all your socials please don’t use it!! I have no idea why famous people go through with Community but for YOUR safety I beg you not to use it!! This review will probably be deleted for “lying and harassment” of some sort but if you get to this in time will listen to me! Coronavirus is hard enough and I don’t want you guys losing what keeps you entertained and makes you laugh!! Have an awesome day and again PLEASE do not get Community if you don’t want to lose anything precious!

Love Community and I love how useful it is. A few things that will help improve it is being able to actually get notifications when we get a new message as well as notifications for our followers birthdays.

I’ve been using this app for 6 months now. It’s a great way to keep users/customers close. But the web app and iOS app are super buggy. Notifications don’t show randomly. Messages look like they send, then disappear, then show up again. If someone texts you a video the quality is so low you can barely see it. And many more.

You would think for $100 dollars a month a product would work better or at least as well as iMessage.

Finally! An SMS tool that helps me engage with my audience in an authentic way. Community is so clean and makes it easy to organize my contacts into smaller sub-communities so I can focus my content. Community notifications make it incredibly easy to stay on top of my messages. Can’t wait to roll the out for my travel business!

I’ve been using this app for just over two weeks and have really been enjoying it!!

I have close to 500 sign ups and people love it. The auto responders work especially well to bring people into your this app.

Also, support has been very solid!

This takes texting to the next level. No better and more efficient way to communicate than via text. Super easy to use with incredible features to optimize the way you interact with your contacts and create genuine connections.

And has improved a lot since the early days! I mainly use the desktop dashboard for campaigns because it has more features, but this is great for texting my audience on-the-go.

I rejoined after they added push notifications. Big improvement.

I would love to use Community, but I can’t. I have an iPad and you have to have a phone number in order to create an account. If they could make phone numbers optional and not mandatory that would be great. I use my email address for iMessage so I can still receive texts that way. If this could be changed that would be great. Thanks!

I love the idea of this app. However, it still has flaws. There is no option for push notifications, Community crashes often on the latest iOS, and bugs continue to be an issue.

Love Community. Finally a tool for me to message with smaller groups and to actually target specific messages to specific communities. Makes the relationship so much more effective and intimate.

Great customer service. Great user experience as the creator of my own texting this app. So far great user experience for those in my this app. All around a great platform.

You guys should an option for users to text from their Apple watches through your app!

Outrageous pricing, impossible to cancel subscription, and really not useful. If you are a strong influencer you don’t need a this app number your this app will follow you from platform to platform. Directly connecting with fans is a one time thing that can be done with any platform. Don’t waste your money, time, or headache. Horrible. Great idea, bad execution.

It’s an amazing app, but sometimes messages are showing up a few hours or even a day or two late. I would love to see a notification option on here as well.

I use Community mostly at night. PLEASE UPDATE to dark mode like everyone else.

Pretty easy to use. Good for sending mass texts and managing a lot of one-on-one conversations

I forgot my password. No matter how many times I try to have it send the reset password email, it never does. A few says passed, and I tried emailing every support email I could find. No answer. It has easily been 2 week and I am still not getting an answer.

Man this drives me crazy —everything was working pretty well and now with this latest update it’s worse than it was on version 1.0. Nothing works everything is buggy. Snippets gone. Visual bugs all over the place. How could this possibly be released.

It’s like texting but on steroids. Great for people with networks, internal communication or an audience. Super easy to use!

The idea of this is great, but there are far to many rules and regulations for this to thrive. Especially for the common business person and not a celebrity with high volume. Expensive, not user friendly, restrictive

instant reach. open rates and engagement are crazy. love this.

AWESOME APP

I gave it 3 stars for 2 reasons:
1. No notifications for new texts

2. Can’t see the names of people celebrating their birthdays. It’d be nice to see so we can make the message even more personal than just “happy birthday”

It’s 588 dollars a year to get a number.

They quoted me $99 per month, as their lowest tier, for those with a few thousand followers.
