We use chalk board and the calls are terrible. I just tried to open dialbird this morning to reach out to some customers and it just says “failed to load” payment is up to date and no issues there. Do not use this if you have a business!
Hi dialbird is great for texting but I am finding it difficult to see a place to upload a picture, why didn’t y’all create a place to send photos that’s insane
dialbird keeps making me get a new number out of nowhere. It also doesn’t ring or send notifications when someone calls you
Since you need a active cellphone number first it defeated the purpose of what I wanted to do which was have my cell be my cell and one without service be the business one that stays in the shop. Guess it’s back to text now or talkatone 😤😭😢😩🥺😤😭
The information I shared in order to subscribe was shared with third parties. I receive several texts per day from these various groups. I know it’s dialbird bc I used a false name and all of these texts are use that same false name when they try to sell me something or tell me I’ve won a prize.
Terrible. Incoming calls and texts straight up don’t work. I’ve been using it for my business and it hasn’t been working for incoming calls and texts, so who knows how much business I’ve lost. I have reached out twice and have had no help at all.
If you are using this service for fun then go for it but if you are looking for a reliable service to run a business then you are out of luck. No tech support other than some automated responses and a few recommendations on the website, but when customers tell you they are canceling a job because they can’t get ahold of you it’s time to delete and go with a company that actually helps.
I signed up thinking this will be great and easy to send review requests to my clients. However, my clients are either getting a bad link that they can’t access or it’s not even sending anything to the mobile number. Must be some bugs with the application. I have emailed them to try and find out why these issues are happening. I would love to have dialbird work but as of now very disappointed.
I like dialbird for my work like but the messages never send. I always get undelivered error messages. It also doesn’t send photos. Kind of the whole point of being able to text people and only works half the time. Disappointing for a business owner.
While this is great as an extra line, sometimes I’m seeing occasional missed calls and text messages that I wasn’t alerted to. I’ve checked my phone settings to make sure my alerts are on. Yet I’m finding missed messages only after launching dialbird .

While I want to like dialbird , I find it confusing to go through the process of applying to text only to have to provide a n ad or example of how I would advertise. I don’t advertise. I use this as a business adjunct and my clients are assigned to me by the Courts. So while google may be pricey , it it’s not counterintuitive nor does it complicate things.
I have a hard time looking at my messages and I’ve contacted Support but I haven’t had a resolution to the problem yet. It’s been going on for some time and I’ve contacted support a few times. Also, when media comes in, I can’t see it or save it. That is a good. Also, I can’t increase the screen size so I can actually see the text message. So having a bit of trouble with it even though I’ve had it for a while. Thanking about getting rid of it.
Ok! Best I’ve seen so far as for price and features… some of the stuff that giving for the price other apps wanna charge extra. That alone set dialbird apart from those guys.. so far everything that I’ve tried is working so far, so good! Only thing that I’m hopping they do, is add a option to make fonts or text msg bigger as for now you need 20/20 to read chat.. and also a mass delete button.. rite now I have to keep up with deleting msg or I’ll be overloaded with pass texts n call logs…/ if that’s ever updated to y’all will have my full stars and loyalty..

Well was loving it till wake up to this morning it locked me out, no warning, couldn’t get no one.. so I was forced to move on to another. Sorry.. hope y’all have better luck than me..
dialbird is really the best, but it has notification problems.

Best app ever for business, I love that it texts a reply after a missed call, that is ingenious!!! I’m a restaurant and I don’t take orders over the phone so it is awesome that it reply’s with my site to order online!! I love dialbird!!!
