When I am reading the on-line editions, I may be 20 pages into the paper and reading an article and when I go to the next page it reverts back to the front page. Very, very frustrating. How can the be avoided? Thank you

I clicked on an email from WSJ that informed me that I had a reply to a comment that I had made. I was accessing this on my droid phone. When I clicked on the link that was supposed to take me to the comment reply, my phone was completely locked up. Nothing worked except when I did a hard reset. What is the conflict that caused my phone to become totally unresponsive? Thanks

My WSJ Print edition (Android) has worked perfectly fot a couple years, stopped working this evening.... stops as soon as I press to open the app on my Samsung Vaxaxy S21. I tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling via Google Play store. Tell me how to fix it.. please.

Also unable to download today’s edition (1/18/23) on either my or my wife’s iPad. Tried repeatedly over past hour. Even reset my iPad and reinstalled App.
